As three friends looking for a fun, relaxing vacation together, Planet Hollywood Cancun was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful resort, amazing pools, and gorgeous beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun, enjoying great food and drinks, and making memories together. One of our favorite things about the resort was that there was always something to do. Whether we were hanging out by the pool, trying different restaurants, taking photos around the resort, or enjoying the evening entertainment, we never had a dull moment. Most importantly, we got exactly what we wanted from this trip—time to relax, laugh, reconnect, and enjoy being together without worrying about schedules or responsibilities. A huge thank you to Susan at Terrapin Travel for making the planning process so easy. Everything went smoothly, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We came home with so many great memories and are already talking about where our next girls' trip should be!

Susan was the absolute best to work with. From the time I contacted her in September of 2024 to begin planning this trip as a 40th birthday present for my wife all the way through the trip in April of 2026 she was there whenever I had a question. She was fantastic and I have already booked another trip back in 2028 with her as soon as we returned home!!

This was a last minute cruise decision and Susan took it in stride and did an exceptional job facilitating a a wonderful trip.
