Amazing trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres!

Great trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres. Angela gave us multiple choices for resorts. Once we decided she had everything planned for us perfectly. Airport transfers were seamless. Check in was easy Our club level room was perfect. The resort was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Great recommendation from Angela.

She asks good questions and listens well to what we have to share. She is attentive to our needs and also offers her own insight to help us hone in on the final details of our trip.
We also had an issue with our very first flight which might have led to a domino of negative consequences. She calmly handled this and helped us have a smooth start to our trip.
