We recently went on Regent Seven Seas Navigator to the Carribean. It was the best cruise we have ever been on. The service, food, excursions, etc were amazing! Laura managed every detail…she is fabulous! We just booked another RSSC on the Grandeur, can’t wait!

Great help booking with Viking

Laura’s work supporting our booking various Viking cruises has been outstanding. Communication has been timely and answers to our questions have been well researched and accurate. On more than one occasion she was able to book at a lower cost than expected-and our bookings have always had additional on-board credit. Living in our virtual world, we are confronted with a panorama of ads for travel agents specializing in cruising. The trick is to weed through the ads and find an agent with knowledge, expertise, relationships and abilities to support your booking. Laura’s work and followup has always met, and often exceeded our expectations. She understands Viking’s operations well and is able to work within their requirements to give customers honest expectations and advice how to find the right cruise. We have three upcoming cruises that we booked with Laura including a Viking Ocean cruise in China. Thanks Laura for the ongoing support.

Our first river cruise

We signed up for a fall 2023 Danube River Cruise with a group from St. Anselm College. It was our first river cruise and we were very fortunate to work with Laura LaValle. Laura was the travel agent who organized the trip for our group of about 25 travelers and we could not have asked for better care and attention. Laura was readily available to answer our questions and to help us "navigate" the details of river cruise travel so that we could relax and better enjoy the journey. Laura not only is experienced and helpful, but she is always enthusiastic and encouraging.
