The partnering tour company was flawless in the execution of transportation, which allowed us to sit back and enjoy a trip of a lifetime in Sorrento and Rome without a single hiccup. We can't wait to go back and will absolutely use Kathy's services again when we do!

Kathy really got what we were trying to do; a great combination of explore and relax. We would never have seen so much, nor made such good use of our time there without Kathy's creation of our itinerary. Details and big picture, all good.

Kathy was such a joy to work with! She was able to find us such a nice vacation in Mexico at an affordable price. Before our trip, she was so on top of everything and made sure to send us all the health documents we needed before we left, which was life-saving. Kathy was amazing! She was responsive, always available when needed, professional and knowledgeable. She made the planning process so smooth, providing us with all the info needed and even giving us advice before leaving to help make our trip easier. We unfortunately had unexpected medical issues while on our trip to London which resulted in an extended stay and insurance claims. Kathy has helped us every step of the way and made the process much easier. She has even continued to check on us and follow up on our claims. I could not have asked for a better travel agent and would recommend her 100 times over!!

Kathy was very helpful and easy to work with. I can’t believe how quickly she found something for us at the last minute.

My wife and I recently went on a Viking Rhine River Cruise. Before we boarded our ship, we had a pre-cruise destination in Como, Italy. Since this was my first Viking trip, I was a little apprehensive, however, Kathy Stokes our travel agent had taken care of every detail. The entire trip went very smoothly and was extremely well organized. I would highly recommend Kathy for all of your travel needs!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy on two cruises; one of which was recently concluded. Her professionalism and efforts were well beyond expectations. Not only was Kathy able to obtain highly favorable cruise rates, but ensured that we were up to date with cruise status and all of the ever changing Covid related requirements and forms not only from Viking, but from the various countries and airlines. More impressive, was her effort to ensure we were able to obtain, when necessary, quick contact with Viking travel for air reservations which often had 90 minute wait times. This was all avoided due to Kathy's efforts. As our next cruise comes closer, there is little doubt that Kathy will be putting in the same effort and safeguards so that our travel arrangement are seamless and without stress. I have traveled all over the world for years, and have dealt with many travel companies and agents...none surpass the professionalism and dedication that Kathy displays.

Kathy was great!!! When our original resort fell through because of COVID, she helped us find a resort that offered the same amenities that we wanted.

Very helpful and loved the hotels

Kathy was outstanding! So personable! She listened, provided insight, answered endless questions and helped us plan our trip of a lifetime. Can’t wait to travel abroad again and when I do, I will contact Kathy first.

Outstanding service .. fast response and able to solve my problems

Kathy really listened to what I wanted from my trip to Italy. She was knowledgeable, patient, and able to provide any help that I needed that was not found online. There was not one glitch in our vacation! We were not left waiting on any transfers and all the agents spoke English well. They picked us up and delivered us to our destinations. This was my first time planning a land trip to Italy and I was apprehensive that connections etc would not be made on time. However, with Kathy’s bookings I was worried for naught. I would definitely recommend her.

Kathy was great. She took care of all the details of the trip and they were done flawlessly. We had a relatively short amount of time in Paris and London and Kathy helped us fit everything in that we wanted to do. HIGHLY recommend Kathy to help plan your next vacation!

My husband and I worked with Kathy from Travel Leaders of Charleston to plan our trip to Italy. We could not have been more pleased. We gave Kathy an idea of what we wanted to do while over there, she listened and she helped us plan the most enjoyable trip! Everything could not have been more seamless - from right when we landed in Rome to meet our private transfer to our hotel - to the many different excursions - the train to Venice and then our travel home. Such an amazing trip!! We will definitely look for Kathy's expertise next time we look to plan another big trip!

I recently worked with Kathy Stokes and I couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you to our amazing travel agent Kathy Stokes with Travel Leaders of Charleston for coordinating an incredible experience in Costa Rica. Barely no stone unturned in this tropical paradise Fishing trip for the guys who landed a bull dolphin sailfish and after tackling a mahi for over an hour he got away with a broken line. Then on to shopping for the girls (of course). Next full day jungle tour seeing exotic birds animals and flowers waterfall and volcanic hot springs with mud bath by a knowledgeable fun guide. Pool and beach time were so relaxing until we met Rodriquez with hydrofoiling- dome have to try it all. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on with the most colorful sunsets and fine dining Costa Rica her to offer. We’re ever so grateful to Kathy. If you chose her for a trip you will definitely not be disappointed She managed every detail that we never thought of but so grateful she did. Again thank you Kathy!

Kathy worked with our wishes and prepared travel details for 7 days in Italy. Our trip was perfectly choreographed to places and tours that we hoped to experience. We had travel helpers every where when needed. Her careful planning resulted in a wonderful trip.

I had to book two flights. The rest of our 22 day vacation was all taken care of. From landing in Nice, the car was rented and waiting for us. Upon departing Nice, our flight to Naples was booked and confirmed, we were met at our airport and transported to our hotel. This was the way it was throughout our vacation. All train tickets, hotel reservations, transfers and tours were wrapped up in a pretty little app on my phone and we did not experience one bad transfer or tour or stay. And, the hotels were magnificent. Kathy did an excellent job and I would definitely use her again.

Of all the trips we’ve taken, this was the best. Thanks to Kathy for taking care of all the details to a unique trip to Costa Rica. We explored mountain rain forests in hard to reach national parks with exceptional local guides. We zip lined through remote rain forests, explored the capital city for a day, enjoyed fantastic restaurants which included a fantastic remote 4 days of clamping, The last 5 days were on a Linblad small ship exploring beautiful national parks along the Pacific coast. Kathy did the research and made this unique trip happen.

We did a careful evaluation of several travel agents before selecting Kathy for assistance to book our first ocean cruise. She was very familiar with our preferred cruise line and destination; Viking Ocean Cruises and the Caribbean islands. Her advice on choosing when to schedule the trip, the stateroom service level, information on the islands to be visited, working with Viking's flight reservation group, tipping protocols, and securing available discounts & airfare savings helped make the all aspects of the trip trouble-free, enhancing our vacation enjoyment.

Kathy Stokes worked with me for over a year to book a Viking World Cruise, including booking all the Viking excursions in advance and an add-on Cunard cruise at the end. Kathy's help was invaluable, and her customer service skills are exceptional. Kathy always goes the extra mile. At one point in my booking, when there was no availability, Kathy worked hard and successfully secured a spot for me. Kathy always responds promptly. She is thorough, digs for answers, and is detail-oriented, which are valuable traits in a travel agent. Best of all, she is kind and encouraging. Kathy is a great travel agent. Kathy knocked it out of the park with an all inclusive vacation that entertained both us the adults as well as the kids within our budget! She arranged every detail for us and when we had a medical emergency while away, was there to support and advise. She took the stress and time of planning off my plate which in and of itself was a gift to me before we even got to the trip!

I contacted Kathy after a random Google search for a SC travel agent. From the beginning, she was very attuned to what my family wanted from the trip. She quickly put together a truly trip-of-a-lifetime. Kathy suggested excursions which completed the experience. Everything was in place as we traveled and each destination was better than the previous one. My family and I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to put together a trip--in fact we are already contemplating our next big vacation and will definitely contact Kathy to create this trip. Our Yellowstone trip surpassed all of our expectations!

Kathy was wonderful & very attentive to our needs! Even with our flights constantly changing b/c of Covid19 she was on top of things & found us new flights with same airline. We stayed at the Key Largo Bungalows and had a wonderful time on our honeymoon.
