I was looking for a local travel agent to help with some questions and directions on our first Disney trip. After a quick google search and reading some reviews I submitted a request. This trip was so much fun once we arrived at the resort. The process getting there with all the new COVID restrictions was a nightmare. Jill always had an answer for our questions, and when she didn’t, she always had resources and would get back in touch with us. There were so many different tools and links that parts of the pre travel stuff was confusing, but it all came together once we got to the airport.

Our trip to Walt Disney World was magical. Everything was accounted for from our stay at Port Orleans-French Quarters, to our park experiences and dining. Jill was able to help us pick a resort that would give us the amenities we wanted for our family of 4. She gave us options and we never felt pressure to pick the most expensive. Jill talked us through the week and when we should visit each park and how to plan for the rides and experiences. She also gave us options of where to eat for character dining and quick eats. She talked to us about the dining plan and how to best use it while we were on vacation. When it got closer to our trip, she sent email reminders to book dining and lightning lane passes. To top things off, she sent our kids Mickey ears to enjoy on our trip. We had a great time and would go again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Jill, we felt comfortable and well taken care of for the most magical trip to Walt Disney World.

Jill did a great job of coordinating our group of 12 (from different states). Some of us were first time cruisers, but there were no issues and everything she had a hand in was smooth sailing! Have used Jill several times and will continue ??

Our family traveled to Universal for the first time as a family and had a blast! Jill planned a great trip! Our hotel had great amenities and the food card and express passes were priceless! We rode every ride we wanted and most in under 10 mins, walking right on to several! We will definitely be using Jill in the future!

Incredible experience. Jill knew exactly what we were looking for traveling with family ages two though seventy. Travel to and from was seamless. Resort had something for everyone. All agreed we did not want our stay to end.

Jill did an amazing job booking our first family trip to Walt Disney World. We have 2 little girls and Jill was so knowledgeable about the resorts at Disney and all of the parks and rides. She helped us create the most memorable vacation of our lives. From scheduling the Bippity Boppity Boutique, Character Meals, Memory Maker, age appropriate rides at each park and even the meal plan, everything was meticulously planned. All we did was book our flight and everything else was taken care of. When we arrived at our resort all we had to do was check-in and show up to our events. She also provided us with helpful information about getting 1st visit buttons from the resort and spreading "pixie dust" to other guests at the park.
