He made sure that our trip was customized for our whole family (many different ages and interests) and that we could do everything we wanted. Planning for Disney/Universal is very daunting, thank goodness we had Shafiq! Don't go to Disney without Shafiq helping you the whole way!

A Dream Family Vacation Fulfilled!

Shafiq has been extremely helpful every step of the way on planning our dream Disneyworld vacation. Coming from the westcoast, there were more logistics and less resources for us in making our way over to Disneyworld rather than Disneyland, but we never felt overwhelmed thanks to Shafiq’s assistance. He suggested a great hotel (Pop Century), helped book all the restaurants and most of all had a great strategy to help us see and do everything we wanted at all the different parks. He was patient, friendly and always available to assist. You’ll truly be in great hands if you have Shafiq’s help in planning your vacation!

We are so very happy we used Shafiq's services to plan our first trip to Walt Disney World! Without his help, we would've missed out on a lot of stuff and he made the planning, a stress-free experience! He was able to book all of our dining reservations, park reservations, and moved things around in order for us to be able to attend everything we wanted to attend! Most importantly, he was also there to help us out when we had a medical emergency on our trip, and thanks to his help, Disney gave us future park passes to use for the days we missed due to this medical emergency!

Cruising with Confidence

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Shafiq for our very first ever Disney Cruise. Shafiq was able to provide all kinds of first hand experience of what cruising is like in the post-covid world because he had actually taken a cruise. He was able to guide us through all of the extra steps required by DCL to provide proof of vaccination, how to register for the Safe Passage website, what we should expect when we arrived at Port Canaveral. When we had to cancel the cruise we had booked for the end of January, Shafiq was able to handle everything and was there for us when we were ready to rebook. Shafiq was able to give us great recommendations for an excursion in Nassau and tips to make the most of our day on Castaway Cay. Shafiq is very responsive when you call or send him an email. We were thrilled to receive an onboard credit from booking with Shafiq and Pure Magic Vacations.

Superb. Shafiq is super quick to reply to inquiries, source and share information, and without prompting, provided travel tips we found most beneficial to our vacation experience. A fantastic extended family Disney experience!

After emailing a few different Disney agents, Shafiq stood out with his warm and detailed response, so we chose to work with him on planning a large family cruise to celebrate my parent's 55th wedding anniversary. Shafiq was great to work with, always ready to answer the many questions from the 18 family members on the trip. He made himself available for family meetings and provided clear and detailed information on all aspects of the trip. It made our trip planning a lot more relaxed knowing he was there to support.

We had an incredible experience working with Shafiq Pirbhai to plan our Disney Dream cruise, and we can’t recommend him highly enough! From the very beginning, he took the time to explain all the different Disney cruises, destinations, travel days, and various port of calls. He even helped us understand the logistics, such as the distance from the airport, hotel recommendations, and the best choices to make our trip as smooth as possible. His knowledge and patience made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable.

A Truly Magical Disney Vacation!

When we started planning our Disney vacation we had no idea where to start and the whole process just felt daunting. We reached out to Shafiq from Pure Magic Vacations and he made the process feel so smooth and effortless. Magical family vacation

We just returned from an absolutely magical family vacation aboard the Disney Dream. I cannot stress how grateful I am for Shafiq's guidance. He made sure we had all of the information ahead of time, to make the trip flawless. We were able to book all of our activities, even as first time Disney cruisers, thanks to Shafiq.
I've worked with a few travel agents for different trips in the past and they were good - no complaints, but Shafiq really wowed us!! His responses were lightning quick and his recommendations were on point! He is the reason we were able to do SO much and enjoy every minute and everything that beautiful ship had to offer!!

When our family decided we wanted to book a trip to DisneyWorld, Shafiq's name came up as a person to speak with about booking. I can say that from the get-go, he was a tremendous resource and and unbelievably knowledgable and helpful in guiding our planning.
Shafiq really does go above and beyond to provide you with suggestions and to also talk you through your ideas to ensure you fully understand what you want and are getting into. We're also very grateful he knew the intracices of booking all the meals we wanted, especially as we traveled during their busiest season of the year and getting a reservation can be incredibly tough. It was really nice waking up and knowing it was all taken care of by him.

Shafiq helped me plan my family's trip to Disney World. He was wonderful from the very start. He was extremely patient and answered my questions. He made the entire process easy. He even made suggestions that would meet my family's needs.
Shafiq arranged private transportation and even made note to request a booster seat for my child.
It was helpful to have the video call prior to the trip to answer any last minute questions and/or concerns, like Hurricane Helene.
We encountered a minor issue during our trip pertaining to our private transportation, but with Shafiq's help, it was resolved quickly.

First-Time Walt Disney World Visit

We were incredibly impressed with the services offered by Shafiq to book our Walt Disney World holiday. We were first-time Disney guests and had no idea how any of it worked. Shafiq provided us with all the information we needed to select a resort, park passes, meal services and more. He took care of all of our bookings including dining reservations and special events. If a new promotion or park update happened, Shafiq would notify us immediately so we could make a decision. A few days prior to our trip, he called us to talk us through all the Disney details and answer our questions. He also provide very useful tip sheets to help us prioritize our lightning lanes and ride selections. We had a wonderful trip, and credit Shafiq with helping us make it happen. We did 3 days, 3 parks, 28 hours and 27 rides, YES 27 rides with longest wait of 24mins, most we just walked on to, and this was with the parks being sold out at March break :o). Disney can be so overwhelming - so much to think about and plan for! This was our first trip since covid and it would not have been possible without Shafiq. He dealt with everything for us - taking such an enormous weight off our shoulders. All we had to do was show up!! This was the best organized and best service I have ever received from a travel agent. Shafiq gave me all the details I needed to plan the best tip my family has ever experienced. He booked everything from the hotel, to the dining reservations, to the special events and to the driver to pick us from the airport. He left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend anyone going to Disney for the first time and the second and the third, to book through Shafiq! I never understood how complicated and how many little details need to be planned in advance. Shafiq walked us through our first family trip in over 10 years. He took the time to meet with us about our travel goals and budget and made sure everything was set up just right. He helped us find the perfect hotel on Disney that was the right mix of family friendly but enough luxury to feel relaxing. For our cruise he made sure we had such a great room and looked after booking all our extras (no logging in at midnight for this busy Mama). We really appreciated his practical tips from travelling with his own young family. We found Shafiq on social media, also later found out our friends/coworker have used his services in the past and highly recommend him as well. Shafiq, or puremagic vacations, were able to help make our family vacation the trip of a lifetime. He assisted with everything from the very beginning, taking into consideration all of our needs (there were 6 of us, including my parents and our 2 young kids). He was always available and on top of everything from booking hotels, transportation, dinning reservations, fast passes, etc. We normal don't use an agent when traveling but quickly became overwhelmed when considering and looking into Disneyworld. We had no idea there was so much organization and planning that goes into a vacation like this in order to make it go smoothly and maximize the experience for everyone. I would highly recommend Shafiq and puremagic vacations to anyone considering a Disney vacation and hope to use him again in the near future. We all can not thank him/them enough

Our Disney experience started the minute I reached out to Shafiq. His passion and enthusiasm for Disney was clear from our first conversation. Shafiq knew exactly what we were looking for, and was always a step ahead of me, proposing restaurants and rides completely in line with our preferences. Knowing that we were travelling with young kids, he helped us plan our days and fast passes to save a few steps, which was easier on the kids. Our days flowed well and went without a hitch. Shafiq is also a great resource to help navigate the FastPass system at DisneyWorld. Shafiq genuinely cares and you feel as though you're planning your trip with a friend. We have used Shafiq’s services twice in the last two years and both times he made things so much easier than we could have ever imagined! We stayed onsite with our first trip and he took care of every last detail from start to finish: hotel, flights, booking our character meals, fast passes, and even brought a Minnie Mouse stuffy for our daughter just before our trip! While we were away, he was quick to responds to any time sensitive questions I had while at the parks, resort, or Disney springs! During our most recent trip, we stayed offsite with family and he still took care of booking our meals, fastpasses and answering my many questions haha. I tell everyone who is thinking about going to Disney to contact Shafiq as we would have been lost without him!! We will never be able to thank him enough for his help to make our trip that much more enjoyable, we will be back!!

Pure Magic Vacation to Disney with Shafiq

I was referred by a coworker to contact Shafiq to help me with planning our family’s upcoming vacation to Disney. I was feeling overwhelmed by all the details of trying to plan a vacation for 6 people between the ages of 5 and 65.
I contacted Shafiq by email and immediately had a reply filled with great information relating to the details I had shared. Working with Shafiq was great. He has so much knowledge about Walt Disney World and he is genuine in his pursuit of making your vacation exactly what you want. Shafiq took care of things I didn’t know existed, the important pre-booking of rides, experiences, and meals made the entire trip completely care free.
We had a better vacation than we ever hoped for thanks to Shafiq. Lastly, he was able to help us stay within our budget.

We have been to Disney World once before where my wife and I planned a trip with our son. Six years and 2 additional kids later we decided to use a travel agent for a return trip. Shafiq had been many times before so we knew that he had first hand experience. During the planning stages we had wonderful discussions because he knew so many details and insider tips and passed on to us what ended up being valuable and time saving advice.
To top it off he knew timetables of the earliest we could book restaurants, when to book fast passes, when was a good time to visit, what rides were closed etc. Then to take it up a notch, he was even getting up at 6am to actually do the bookings for the shows, restaurants and fast passes on the first day it was available for us.
It no longer makes any sense for us to do this planning on our own.
His knowledge about Walt Disney World is invaluable. We have also used him on our first Disney Cruise experience recently. He is simply AMAZING!
