I have travelled to Disney twice as an adult. I planned once without Anna, and most recently had the pleasure to plan with Anna. I will NEVER do it without Anna again. Anna was well organized and very prompt responses to each and every question. Provided recommendations when asked but was not pushy with sales of extras when we declined offers. I wished to have total trip paid before we left and Anna was so accommodating to ensure that each step of our trip was accounted for and completed all bookings as requested. We were very pleased when a small refund was given due to change in port taxes etc. Very honest in passing this along. Anna had worked with us back in 2018 and helped us book a magical DisneyWorld vacation when our children were 6, 6 and 7 years old. It was a no brainer choosing Anna again 6 years later because hes is so knowledgeable in all things Disney and Universal. She answered all my questions and showed us all the options we had as a family of 5 - not as easy and affordable as a family of 4. We had a fantastic time at Cabana Bay Beach Resort and the Exclusive Vacation Package - Harry Potter package - that Anna booked for us was wonderful. The two breakfasts that are included filled us up for quit a while, so saved money on those days. She also gave us great money saving tips. All in all, I would choose Anna again if we ever go to either Disney or Universal. It's so nice to have someone else do the legwork for you and know that you will get the best deal.

In 2020 we wanted to plan our 1st family trip to WDW. A friend referred Anna to us. I called Anna and she was fantastic right from the start. She spoke with me for a long time answering all my questions. Sadly after booking, COVID postponed our trip. In 2023 when we called to rebook, she still had all of our info. I had my mind set on a resort, but Anna gave me her opinion and some other options and after doing some research, we decided one of her suggestions worked better for us. Anna was fast to respond to calls or emails even if she was away. She was kind and made us feel comfy with any questions we had. Anna made sure that everything was booked the way we needed it especially with our food allergies. We even received a package from her in the mail that included tons of info about our trip.
