After giving her our "wish list," she came up with an exceptional plan and even made sure we were in a hotel that was not being renovated to ensure we had the whole experience. We went to Disney for the first time ever and Ashley was incredibly helpful getting us all set. She made the process very easy and less nerve racking, answering any and all questions along the way. Ashley was a delight to work with. Her knowledge of everything Disney was such a great help in planning a trip for 13 people with a wide variety of ages. 2-70! She also passed along a 25% savings on our room fee. We also threw in some last minute changes which Ashley navigated seamlessly.

First Trip to Disneyworld!

This was my 5 year old nieces first time at Disneyworld and she loved every second of it. I was stressing hard core about planning a trip to Disney as we knew we wanted to stay on resort. Ashley asked me some simple questions to learn what we needed/hoped for from our resort. She then got back to me with some options she thought would be good for us and we picked from there. Ashley booked all our park days and dining. The whole thing was so easy. To top it off, a few days before we departed for Disney, Ashley dropped off a booklet with suggested schedules for each day we were at the parks, rides she thought my niece would like and suggestions on things not to miss! This made organizing our parks days so easy and helped us not to miss some incredible stuff (like having a good place to sit and view the Festival of Fantasy Parade. As my niece told us several times, this palace is magical, and our trip was extra magical because of Ashley!!

Big Family Disney Trip 2023!

I came in contact with Ashley when I put in an online request to Pure Magic Vacations for a quote and she got back to me right away. I hadn't been to Disney since I was 9 years old so I was looking for help with planning a multigenerational family trip Ashley was able to book our family group of 12 into 4 fabulous rooms at the Polynesian. The location of our rooms was amazing - right between the 2 pools and close to the main building and activities. She also got us all our dining reservations also dealt with Disney when I had a glitch with park tickets prior to the trip, and coordinated our Sunshine Flyer transportation to and from MCO. While we were there everything went smoothly and as planned. Best trip! Already dreaming of the next one!
