Fantastic from start to finish. He was very knowledgable, quick to respond, and professional. We had a large group of 15 people ranging from ages 25 to 80 and Jay was able to accommodate all of us. I was the lead planner for the group, and Jay made the experience pain free. Can't wait to book with him again!

Jay was very professional. Whenever I had any questions, he was very prompt in answering them or helping me find the answers. He was very knowledgeable about cruise we were taking and even gave us wonderful tips on how to save some money.
