First of all, I like to thank Allison for all her effort. Being in the travel industry ourselves, we understand how challenging it can be at times and the value of a travel advisor could be questionable (but not this time).
Allison‘s services paid off tenfold; she was a real go-getter
as far as validating all the Cruise information, getting the best value from the cruise lines, and ensuring that everything was in order prior to the day of departure. All with a timely response. Another quality about Alison, she is very diligent by ensuring her customers have a fun/excellent time. No stone was left unturned and her caring personality radiated through.

Wonderful trip to Europe

My friend and I were looking for a river cruise along the Danube. Allison Blake was enthusiastic from the start and quickly found the perfect fit….”Melodies Along the Danube “ at a price we could afford. The AMA cruise exceeded our expectations at every turn, with surprise gifts, and pop up concerts, with the highlight being a private concert in the Royal Chapel of the Hapsburg’s Winter Palace. We would have been content with a window view, but Allison confirmed that our rate actually included the balcony ( which we thoroughly enjoyed ). She was also helpful in securing a central hotel booking in Berlin, as the city was unknown to us. The hotel is in Alexanderplatz, close to Museum Island and the Jewish markets and restaurants. Allison persisted to find a room with twin beds at a reasonable rate. Most of all, as clients of KVI, we feel Allison understands the clients’ needs and priorities and cares enough to persist at resolving any issue that might arise.

Allison has helped me book many cruises, and she has always provided top-notch service and great advice. She is easy to work with and very patient answering all of our questions. We are platinum on Disney, and have booked 4 cruises on Disney with her this year, and she is just as excited for our trips as we are! She always goes the extra mile to make sure we have a wonderful experience. When a member of our family became ill the day before leaving, Allison went above and beyond to rearrange things for us. It’s nice to know that you have someone to help out if you run into trouble, something you don’t have when booking travel online.

Allison was excellent when it came to booking our cruise. She answered all my questions which made me feel confident with our booking. Paul Gauguin cruises must be booked by phone and little did I realize she had to do all that calling. She managed to get us two rooms close together at our affordable price. Everything went seamlessly from beginning to end. She always took her time with me, never felt rushed. I would definitely be using Allison for any future cruises.
