My daughter's first of many Disney cruises
Hello, my name is Allison Blake, and I would like to introduce myself as a passionate travel agent who always has her clients' best interests at heart.
I worked as a flight attendant for over twenty years, and have been all over the world. I currently have a full time job as a teacher and refer to planning travel as my "fun job" and hobby. Planning travel for myself and others is thrilling for me, as I love to impart my knowledge with others. When my clients leave on a trip, I live vicariously through them and truly share in their excitement.
My favourite way to travel is on a cruise. There are many reasons I love cruises: the entertainment, the kids' clubs, the food, the service, the amazing destinations, the on board activities. Above all, cruise prices generally provide great value overall. I have travelled on many different cruise lines, and have completed my specialist training with Disney, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, AMA waterways, and Seabourn.
I have travelled extensively both for work and for pleasure, and my two children have been all over the world with me. I have been travelling with them several times a year since they were born. All of our our passports are nearly full because I truly believe that we are better off having "a passport full of stamps than a house full of stuff:.
I work at an agency with amazing and collaborative colleagues; we have over 80 agents around the world, most of whom are active airline employees, myself included! We collaborate through monthly meetings and attend frequent travel conferences as a team. If I don't know the answer to your questions, I have an extensive network to reach out to, and will always help you find the right vacation for YOU. My services are always free; my clients benefit from booking with me, as I will provide a level of care that you won't get when booking online.
I look forward to working with you, as I truly value all of my clients. Thank you for your interest!
Testimonials from valued clients
"I'm more than pleased with the service, information, and hard work you've put into booking our cruise this May. I believe in loyalty for top notch service and you provide just that!! This is why YOU are my go to travel agent!!".
"We have done over 50 cruises, and we never had a better cruise consultant than Allison. We will use her services always. When our cruise was cancelled, they were only giving future credit not refunds, but Allison persisted and managed to get us a full refund. She also was able to save us a fortune on our latest Seabourn cruise."
"Allison Blake goes above and beyond for her clients and honestly cares about how your trip goes! She values what you want and will help you stretch your dollar. I Highly recommend her "

First of all, I like to thank Allison for all her effort. Being in the travel industry ourselves, we understand how challenging it can be at times and the value of a travel advisor could be questionable (but not this time).
Allison‘s services paid off tenfold; she was a real go-getter
as far as validating all the Cruise information, getting the best value from the cruise lines, and ensuring that everything was in order prior to the day of departure. All with a timely response. Another quality about Alison, she is very diligent by ensuring her customers have a fun/excellent time. No stone was left unturned and her caring personality radiated through.
All that being said, if you’re looking for someone to help you with a cruise or some other travel arrangements, reach out to Allison as she really does care and you will not be disappointed!

My friend and I were looking for a river cruise along the Danube. Allison Blake was enthusiastic from the start and quickly found the perfect fit….”Melodies Along the Danube “ at a price we could afford. The AMA cruise exceeded our expectations at every turn, with surprise gifts, and pop up concerts, with the highlight being a private concert in the Royal Chapel of the Hapsburg’s Winter Palace. We would have been content with a window view, but Allison confirmed that our rate actually included the balcony ( which we thoroughly enjoyed ). She was also helpful in securing a central hotel booking in Berlin, as the city was unknown to us. The hotel is in Alexanderplatz, close to Museum Island and the Jewish markets and restaurants. Allison persisted to find a room with twin beds at a reasonable rate. Most of all, as clients of KVI, we feel Allison understands the clients’ needs and priorities and cares enough to persist at resolving any issue that might arise.

A knowledgeable travel agent is crucial when booking a cruise, especially now when the cruise lines are overwhelmed with starting back up. Allison is honest, doesn't upsell, and has knowledge about the ships and cruise lines. She is always available and easy to reach when you have a problem or question. She takes ownership of issues that arise during the booking process and works to meet your needs and expectations. Dealing with cruise lines directly isn't pleasant -- she does it all for you and makes sure you get the best deal and experience on your cruise. I will definitely work with her again on my next cruise.

Allison has helped me book many cruises, and she has always provided top-notch service and great advice. She is easy to work with and very patient answering all of our questions. We are platinum on Disney, and have booked 4 cruises on Disney with her this year, and she is just as excited for our trips as we are! She always goes the extra mile to make sure we have a wonderful experience. When a member of our family became ill the day before leaving, Allison went above and beyond to rearrange things for us. It’s nice to know that you have someone to help out if you run into trouble, something you don’t have when booking travel online.

Allison was excellent when it came to booking our cruise. She answered all my questions which made me feel confident with our booking. Paul Gauguin cruises must be booked by phone and little did I realize she had to do all that calling. She managed to get us two rooms close together at our affordable price. Everything went seamlessly from beginning to end. She always took her time with me, never felt rushed. I would definitely be using Allison for any future cruises.
