Heather is wonderful. I was planning a trip pre-covid and my husband had tons of questions. She went out of her way to do a call with both of us. Then when covid hit. She worked with us to cancel our trip and then reschedule. We didnt have to worry about anything. No waiting on hold when all of the world was doing the same thing. Now with all of the changes she will contact us and let us know the good, the bad, and ugly.

Magical vacation!

It was a wonderful experience working with Heather. I told her everything I wanted and she made it happen. My trip was last minute and I was indecisive and went back and forth on a few things. She was very kind and patient and made all the changes I needed. She was very quick to respond and even helped me with a question I had while on vacation. First Time Disney Cruisers!!

I had followed Heather on Facebook for almost a year before finally reaching out to her to book us a Disney Cruise vacation. I am so glad I did! I am a procrastinator and literally decided I wanted to do a Cruise over Christmas vacation.. We only had a little over 3 weeks to make this happen. From the start of the process, Heather was on it! She literally emailed me back and had my quote ready in like 15 minutes, and we booked the trip within 30 minutes. From there, I had several questions come up about the cruise itself, the Disney navigator app, excursions and onboard entertainment, I must have emailed her 15 times with questions, her response time was immediate and she answered all my questions and gave me advice. For this being our first Disney cruise, I felt so well prepared because of Heather's help. We will definitely be using her in the future. I can't thank you enough :)

Heather was very patient with me when I originally requested my quote. I was all over the place, I had people unsure of going and unsure of the exact budget but no matter what I requested Heather was able to deliver without any frustration. It was my first time using a travel agent so I wasn’t sure what to expect but after this trip, I will always use Heather! The convenience of having transportation readily available upon landing and departure from vacation was extremely helpful and less stressful. I had people already waiting for me to set up my excursions. This trip was definitely my most at ease stress free vacations! From swimming with the turtles in Akumal to the activities in Xcaret and the night swimming in our resort it was non stop fun for the family! Highly recommend using Heather!

Heather Gowan you are AMAZING. Our trip to Puerta Vallarta was something dreams are made of. You left nothing out! We didnt have to think about anything except which pool or resturant to eat in. Thanks for the information package beforehand it helped alot knowing what to bring and that some resturants required a more formal dress. I will be using you again and again. You made our vacation truly MAGICAL! Only problem was I had to come home!! We loved Puerta Vallarta. Thanks again for your amazing service

Working with Heather's Magical Moments Vacations was great for planning a trip to Cancun with a friend. We were both able to make separate, easy payments, which was great because we didn't have to pay it all up front or worry about Venmoing/paying each other back. We also didn't have to worry about visiting numerous sites or figuring out all the details. Our travel (airfare, shuttle) was all pre-arranged and included, and our resort incredible! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience from booking the trip with Heather to the trip itself.
