I learned about Melissa at Coasters & Castles Travel through a very good friend, and I’m so glad I followed through and used her services. This was my first time ever working with a travel agent, and now I can’t imagine planning a trip without one, especially someone as knowledgeable and thoughtful as Melissa. She knows everything about Universal and Disney and took all the stress out of the planning process. From the very beginning, she asked great questions about the length of our trip, what we hoped to get out of it (for both the kids and the parents!), and provided suggestions to help us make the most of our time. We have worked with Melissa now on two trips (one 1st time Disney Trip with the family and one Anniversary Trip to Spain). After Melissa was so helpful with our trip to Disney, we of course went with her expertise in planning our next big family vacation, a Royal Caribbean cruise. She was able to get us connecting cabins-a must for our family of 6-in the perfect spot on the ship. My family recently went on the Disney Wish for a cruise to the Bahamas and it was Amazing!!! This trip was the dream vacation for my seven year old who had been begging to go on this ship since she first saw the commercials airing on the Disney channel almost a year ago. Melissa was wonderful about taking our ideas and making them our plan. She was easy to contact, quick in responding, and walking us through the entire vacation. Without her, our trip would not have been the same.

Melissa helped us plan our trip to Disney World. The trip was a surprise for our kids (9 and 5) that was shared on Christmas Day. We left the day after Christmas and stayed at the Yacht Club Resort for 6 days. Our itineraries were packed with activities (as well as great ideas for breaks and food) and Melissa made sure to make recommendations tailored to our interests. One of the important activities was dining as Space 220 (our oldest is a huge fan) - it didn't look like we were going to get a reservation for our whole group, but Melissa kept looking and on the day that we were in Epcot she was able to book a dinner for all of us to go and enjoy! That was the best meal of the trip! We couldn't be more thankful for Melissa's dedication and insight!

Melissa did it all . Booked are reservations at the resort, all of our dinners, breakfast, transportation to & from are resort. This was my first Disney trip as an adult to plan, and I will never plan any future trips without help from Melissa! Our children are only 4 and 2, so we knew we couldn’t absolutely cram everything in in one week. However, with Melissa’s detailed itinerary, we were able to get in SO much and still enjoy every moment. From the hotel to the transportation, to hard to get dining reservations, it was all planned for us. The thing that blew me away was how well the vacation was tailored to our family! We are so grateful for all of Melissa’s hard work!

I really appreciated how knowledgeable Melissa is and how she tailored her suggestions to meet our family’s preferences. She made the initial planning process (choosing dates, hotels, and specific parks) much easier because she balanced what she knew about us with what she knew about the destination. She also saved us time because she spent her time making our reservations and finding answers to our questions. Planning a trip to Disney World with 4 kids under 12 was completely overwhelming me. I reached out to a friend for recommendations and she couldn't say enough good things about how Melissa Lenox had planned their own Disney adventure.
