Catherine is simply amazing to work with and beyond patient. I cannot even explain how many time I change my mind about where I want to stay. How long I want to stay. What restaurants I want to visit while I am visiting and she truly takes car of EVERYTHING. My fiancé is handicapped and she made sure that we even had a scoter rented for him the entire visit. I return to Catherine for any trip Disney/Universal and even now working with her to book my upcoming honeymoon trip. She truly is that amazing.

Family trip of a lifetime

Catherine is actually in Virginia (I think her agency is NJ). She has helped me plan multiple vacation. The first was a multigenerational vacation to Disney. She NAILED it. We never had to think about anything. She even gave us advice on ride order. She answered every question we threw at her. We loved her so much that we later planned a cruise to the Caribbean. She has been amazing and I'll never stay anywhere without her help!

Fantastic Disney Trip!

Catherine really is THE Disney expert. Coming from Australia to Florida with 3 boys under 10 was a mission in itself but every element of the trip organised by Catherine was flawless. We travelled with extended family so 13 ppl in total. Catherine got us rooms next to each other at the Polynesian, every restaurant booking, transfers, strollers and answered absolutely every Disney question I had incredibly quickly. 10 out of 10 for Catherine and her travel planning skills!!
Each trip we have taken, just keeps getting better and better thanks to Catherine! We just wrapped up our fourth Disney trip and once I realized my most valuable lesson was having an agent to help, my world has changed! Catherine was there for me from the start of planning all the way through to coming home (with a cancelled flight and sleeping in the airport, she was still an ear to listen!)
I cant recommend her enough to help you stay in your budget, suggest the perfect add ons and splurges, help you with any “out of the norm” circumstances you may deal with, and just generally be the most knowledgeable person ever! Oh, and she’s SO attentive and kind!!!!
