I was not an easy client. I changed it so many times! Added people, took people out, added days, removed days, changed dates, changed resorts… I even changed locations from Disney World to Disneyland because I couldn’t find affordable flights for the dates I wanted. Ultimately we went back to the original Disney World plan and stuck with it. We just got back and we had the most magical time ever! I am certain that the success of our trip had everything to do with the costumer service and knowledge shared by our travel agent. I cannot wait to use Samantha’s services again. She is the real deal!

We began planning our family Disney trip last year. From the start of the planning, Samantha was wonderful. She was so attentive and detailed during our initial conversation. She followed up immediately with detailed information based on our conversation. She worked within our budget and gave us more than we could have expected in our package. Even when we arrived at Disney, Samantha made herself available throughout the process. Even when we asked her the same questions she already answered in her detailed emails, she always responded to our texts with kindness. We could not have gotten through this Disney trip without her. A week before our trip, Samantha sent us a detailed email outlining all the rides at each park and which attractions required Genie Plus or Lightling lane passes. I referred to this email frequently on our trip. We will be working with her for all future Disney and family vacations. She's the best in the game!

We basically told her what we we're looking for, and she gave us the best options to choose from! I knew I wanted a swim up room, and she found for it us! Working with Samantha was an amazing experience and made the entire process much easier. We booked a 7 night eastern Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean and Samantha was super knowledgeable! She went out of her way to give us tips on excursions on the islands, and what might be worth it or not to book. In addition to that, since we were leaving out of Orlando, we also decided to do two days in Disney which Samantha also helped us plan and book. Samantha priced out a few resorts on Disney property for us and listed what she likes about each one with multiple facts about them! It was very helpful in our decision making and we fell in LOVE with the resort we ended up choosing (Port Orleans French Quarter). It is so great to take advantage of a complementary service like this, receive excellent help in planning, and relieve some of the stress of vacation planning off of yourself! Can’t recommend Samantha enough, we very much look forward to going to her for all of our future vacations!

Samantha was the best! I have used Sam before for previous bookings and I tell her everytime I don't know what I would do without her! Samantha made booking the trip so easy! Everyone was able to easily pay at their own rate (it was for a bachelorette trip) without anyone needing to put all the money on one card. Throughout the trip I had so many questions and Sam went out of her way to answer them, or get in contact with Disney on behalf of us for some technology troubleshooting. I would not typically thing to utilize a travel agent for Dinsey World, but after not going for seven + years, and also traveling with a toddler I needed some extra help. She scored ALL of our dining reservations, coordinated them around the fireworks shows, booked us an amazing room at The Boardwalk Inn Resort, and was always checking in throughout the whole process to make sure we were good to go! I will never plan a vacation on my own ever again. Can't wait to plan my next trip with her ??

Samantha is a very knowledgeable travel agent. She is very pleasant and always gets back to me in a timely fashion. She makes booking a vacation very easy as she does all the research for me. She gives me ideas to make my trip extra special.
