I am always impressed with Keith's detailed and accurate inside tips. For example he let us know the only place to get the blueberry Mickey waffles. Exact location and time. Winter woes

As sometimes happens in the northeast, flights often get canceled because of poor weather. Our flights were canceled due to a blizzard and we would not have been able to leave the area for more than two days later than expected. We decided it was best to cancel the trip completely, and Keith took care of all of the cancellations, contacted the airlines, contacted the resort and got us a full travel credit and our request. It was nice, not having to worry about anything! I will definitely use his services again.

Summer of cruises

This summer I was able to take 2 very enjoyable cruises. One I had began planning over a year in advance. He was on top of it all. He met with myself and other cruisemates to go over our interary, assist with booking excursions and explaining how our package worked.
The 2nd cruise was familiar as I had taken it the year prior. He was able to apply my casino offer to the booking and go over the newest port the cruiseline just opened. Keith was available anytime I had a question and was a pleasure to work with.

July 2024 we took a Norwegian cruise to Alaska
