Anne helped me plan the perfect 3 week dream trip through Japan. I had big dreams of hitting as much of the country as I could while soaking in as much of the culture as possible. Anne was amazing from the planning of the trip to any issues big or small while I was there. When cloudy days ruined sight seeing she had indoor activities on hand. When trying to work out how to get from Tokyo to a remote village, she was able to map out the entire plan down to the smallest leg. Great experience working with her, and will definitely use her on my next trip!

Travel interrupted - Visas & Vistas save the day

Anne is amazing. At first contact she asks about interests, family size/ages, and potential destinations. From there she took off running. She came back with several ideas perfect for our active, water loving family. We narrowed down the choices and she again took the reins booking travel, dinner plans, excursions etc. She made everything so easy and stress free...then COVID hit. Plans changed; we added a member to our travel party who is less active. Anne handled it all with grace. She made the necessary changes canceled and rescheduled the trip. Finally, we were going.. nope wait another change my husband was injured and could no longer do all the activities we had planned. Again Anne to the rescue. Cancelled trip again, rescheduling with another more relaxing resort. She made everything easy and acted as if it was no big deal even if we were a total pain! Our vacation was a huge success thanks to all of Anne's hard work.

Working with Anne is amazing! She has traveled all over the world which gives her terrific experiences to draw from. We narrowed down what kind of trip we wanted to take, she gave us multiple options and they were so hard to pick from. All of the resorts she recommended looked beautiful and we ended up going to two different locations because we couldn't choose just one. Last Minute Cruise Booking!!

Magical Moments

I contacted Anne with an idea of the type of vacation our family wanted to take. We had a few places narrowed down and selected Wisconsin Dells. A few days later, I turned the tables and said nevermind... we want to go to Disney World! Anne could not have been more excited to help this dream come true! She wasn't annoyed I changed the plan, she was so excited to make things as smooth as possible for us. We chose the resort right for us and which parks we wanted to go to. She was very clear on how Fast Passes and Dining Reservations worked. I received lists of the most popular and the best for us options. Eveything was so painless. There was nothing to stress about because Anne had it figured out. She even provided fantastic tips on traveling with a 13 month old and some great attractions for an almost 9 yr old. We had a fantastic 5 day/4 night trip to Walt Disney World. And we will be utilizing Anne for our next adventure!

First International Trip in Covid Times

My husband and I were traveling to Lisbon and felt that traveling during Covid was definitely going to need much more planning and attention, so we reached out to Anne. ??She is such a wealth of knowledge and resources we felt so much more confident in our decision to travel.
On top of what you'd expect, she also helped to set us up with travelers insurance (A MUST during these times) as well as resources/testing info. She was always willing to make time to answer our questions whenever we were concerned. I don't know what we would have done without her, truly!
??When the first flight of our trip was unceremoniously canceled (on our way to the airport!) Anne was right there with us, on the phone while we waited to get rebooked. ??
We hope to to go on one of her group trips in the very near future and will continue to use Anne every time we travel internationally, to make sure we are on track and always have someone in our corner. ??

Anne is so great to work with when planning a vacation. She is able to utilize her vast experience with travel both in the United States and internationally. This past fall, Anne planned an amazing trip to Jamaica for me and some of my friends. Anne will think of all the details you might otherwise forget. Just one example is that Anne sure that we had reliable/safe transportation waiting for us at the airport to take us to the hotel. A detail I surely would have forgotten. Anne also made sure everyone in the group had all their conformation numbers for every stretch of the trip and she was able to remind us of any documentation we might need. Anne was wonderful in helping me and my friend with our trip to London. We were flying out of different cities and meeting up before our overseas trip. Even when they changed the schedules on us, Anne was on top of it making sure all was perfect. Our hotel she selected in London was perfect and we had absolutely no complaints. Alaska 2025

Alaska was a wonderful trip. Absolutely beautiful and amazing country. Pictures do not do it justice. Our trip was very well planned and so organized. Our tour with Holland America was amazing. Our tour was so well planned by Anne. She told us everything we needed to know and do. She gave a very well written instruction booklet that was my lifeline. Not only did she have this for us she was available night and day for questions.
I enjoyed all parts of our journey. I must say I’ll be glad to not get on a bus or shuttle for a while. lol. But of course how else you going to get from point a to b.
All of our hotels were very nice and up to date. Our least favorite hotel was in Anchorage. Larry & I had an extremely small room. The restaurant lounge was not stocked and had little that we wanted. We walked up the street to catch trolley for city tour. Many people sitting around on steps and loitering. Didn’t really feel safe there. Glad we only slept there for one night and had no excursions here.
Our land excursions were great. Enjoyed riverboat in Fairbanks. Wilderness tour in Denali national park was great. We saw moose and dall sheep. We got to be part of the 5% to see Mt Denali on the train ride. Absolutely breathtaking. We got to see black bear and her two cubs.
The cruise ship was great. Some of the folks were disappointed because they ran out of their favorite beer by the second day. Felt should have been stocked when starting out. The rooms were good and loved having the balcony. We got to see whales and seals and of course the fantastic glaciers.
Was a great time. We could not have done it without you, Anne. You did a wonderful job. Even our flights were good. Larry & I definitely spoiled by first class.
I’ll not do another trip without the help of Anne to plan it. She’s awesome.

Amazing first trip to Europe

This was my first trip to Scotland and Europe overall. Everything was perfect! The flights, hotels, transportation and activities were perfectly arranged. I literally went not having researched anything. I gave up complete control and hot damn! I had an amazing time. I didn’t have to do anything. The local guide was great! She taught us so much about the local culture and what to expect. The whole experience was top notch!

Trip of a lifetime

I had a meeting with Anne regarding our trip last year and she really heard my wishes. We had a spectacular trip to Italy. The tour was perfect, although it was called Easy Pace Italy and we got almost 18,000 steps on our first day! We saw St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and the Coliseum—and had a dinner at a family home in Rome— all in one day! The rest of the trip wasn’t quite as heavy on the walking but we saw so much! Rome, Florence and Venice, each so different but offering so many special experiences. Tuscany was beautiful and we got to tour a winery and saw how they produce olive oil. The sights we saw in the cities were amazing; we saw Pompeii and Pisa as well. We saw glass blowing in Murano and beautiful lace in the colorful islands of Burano. We stayed in great hotels, especially in Florence and Venice, and the breakfasts were fabulous. It was a magical 10 days. We will book with Anne again!

Spring break 2025!

Anne was awesome! She was recommend to us by a neighbor as someone who knows cruises and could help us out. To put things in context my family is is Minnesota and Anne helped us plan everything over the phone and email. Anne would email me back within 24 hours (usually 12 hrs) and answer any question we had. She continued to follow up with us as the trip came closer and offered any all assistance. It should be mentioned, Anne had been asked a couple of times to look up cruise information for us and out neighbors over the last year and half and has jumped right in to help. She continued that high level of effort even after we decided to not take the trip the first time. She super responsive and she's in a different state from us! I've received better service from her than two other unrelated travel agents that are less than 10 minutes from our house. Anne is excellent!

Italian Honeymoon!

She took care of everything from hotels, transfers, excursions and train tickets. We received an organized booklet with all our travel plans which was so helpful while we were on the go. What excellent travel agent Ann has been. After our Ireland and Scotland vacation, we realized just how much Ann listened to our requests and many changes along the way of our itineraries. Every hotel, B&B, and castle was chosen for us for a reason. Every place we stayed had and gave us very high standards, and great service. All from Ann’s recommendations. Absolutely Amazing Trip

I am struggling to find the words to adequately describe our trip to Italy. From the first contact with Anne to pulling into our driveway when we returned home, it was the smoothest vacation we have ever had largely due to Anne! A luxury resort experience in the United States

The trip of a lifetime with my kids!

I can't recommend Anne enough. I took my kids, 10 and 11, to Orlando for 11 days and did all 4 Disney parks as well as all 3 Universal Studios parks, along with a weekend in Cocoa Beach for some rest and she handled everything. We stayed in 4 different places, had flights, a rental car and even all the extra add-ons for special experiences at Disney like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and specialty dining in Cinderella castle. I had so many questions she answered until I felt comfortable and everything went better than expected. I still can't believe the mentors we made and I'm so grateful for Anne's guidance and help. I'm already excited for what she will be helping me plan for next year.

Bucket list trip!

Anne took the information I provided about the trip I wanted and developed quotes. I didn’t want to pay the amount it would cost for one week in Hawaii so she also quoted other destinations. We then talked on the phone to discuss all of the options. I ended up deciding on a 16 day cruise from LA to Hawaii. Anne helped me book the cruise and flights. She recommended various places to visit on each island we would visit. Any time I had a question, I would email Anne and receive a reply in a timely manner. She printed and mailed all of our travel documents. Anne was on vacation when we traveled, but she was still available and in contact with us. Anne helped us plan our first international trip as a family to an amazing all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic. Everything about our experience working with her was top notch. She gave us multiple options on resorts in both the DR and Mexico, which helped me narrow it down to our destination to Punta Cana and ultimately to the Royalton Bavaro resort. Anne is the "BEST". We had a tour scheduled prior to Covid, that had to be delayed. She stayed on top of things until we could finally go this year (2022). Anne did everything for us, we had nothing to worry about, flights, tours, extra days and attractions. All was handled, all we had to do was pack! We have used Anne in the past and will be using her for some travel next year. Again, she is the best!! We could not have imagined trying to have done this on our own. She makes it easy.

The most amazing adventure to Italy!

Anne has been amazing to work with from beginning to end. She has made the process of traveling Internationally so easy. She helped us at the beginning to narrow down where we wanted to travel and fitting it within the dates we were available. She provided many options and we decided on a group tour through Italy. Best Girls Trip Ever!

Anne was so easy to work with! Tell her what you're looking for, she gives you options and you make your decision. She planned our girls trip and she got us great flights, an amazing all inclusive resort (it was so beautiful!) and a transfer from the airport to the resort. It was the most luxurious resort I have ever stayed in. The food was amazing and the drinks were never ending. We couldn't have asked for a better trip or travel agent.

Honeymoon!

She provided us with great hotels, a car, and a journey that was a once in a lifetime experience! Amazing Honeymoon

Anne made our whole trip amazing from start to finish. She helped us find a resort that met all of our wants (regarding anything from price to beachfront preference, and types of bars/restaurants at resorts… etc). She then helped organize all of our flight and transportation information. And the resort was just amazing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon!
