About Me

Thanks so much for stopping by!  My name is Kerri Epling.  I am blessed to be married to my best friend and to be able to homeschool our two children.  We live in in the beautiful hills of East Tennessee, and I am proud to be a travel agent with Keys to Dream Travel, LLC.  Our agency is truly a team atmosphere, and we all strive to encourage each other and share valuable information with one another to make our clients' vacations magical.  

I joined the travel industry in 2017 because of my family's love of travel.  My husband and I traveled around Europe in college, and since we got married in 2001, we have made family vacations and couples' getaways a priority in our lives.   Some of our favorite trips include Walt Disney World, Washington, D.C., Williamsburg, Charleston, and National Parks out west!  Our retirement dream is to travel across the country to visit every Major League Baseball park!  

My favorite part about being a travel agent is that I can customize each client's vacation to include his or her favorite options!  My family vacations may look nothing like yours, but that is what makes them special.   My goal is for every vacation to create magical memories.    I will be with you every step of the way, from pre-trip planning, to being available during your vacation, to following up with you after you arrive home.   My planning services are complimentary for my clients!

I am currently trained to plan Disney Parks vacations, Disney Cruise Line sailings, Adventures by Disney, Universal Studios vacations, SeaWorld & Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, beach and Smoky Mountain vacations, and I am a Master of Adventure graduate with Royal Caribbean University.  I'd love for you to contact me today and let me start helping you plan YOUR magical vacation!

1st Disney Trip

Kerri was awesome! She went out of her way to answer all my questions in a timely and efficient manner. She guided me through the process and even helped with materials to surprise my family. Kerri made sure to keep us informed and provided us with ample materials and information for our trip and sent reminders frequently. I would recommend her with no reservations and I will use her again for our next Disney trip.

A magical adventure

Kerri went to infinity and beyond in every way to make our trip spectacular! This was our first trip to Disney with children. From the early phases of picking a resort and dates to planning Dining and fast passes to ironing out our daily itineraries, Kerri did not miss a single detail. She made sure to plan according to our budget as well as our children's likes/dislikes. She also was so kind to give personal info about her trips with her children and make suggestions accordingly. Kerri did a fantastic job of taking the stress out of planning a wonderful vacation! We were overcharged for something while at the parks and Kerri made sure to get our money refunded to us. We had such a magical trip, we plan to have Kerri plan us another Disney vacation asap!

I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Kerri took care of all the details from dining to room prefence. She made sure I knew she was there for me and my family’s needs every step of he way. Even when she herself went out of town. She truly went above and beyond.

Kerri was always willing to help and answer questions regardless of how many times we changed our minds on trip details. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to commit.
