”A few months ago I reached out to Kim & Eric Love the Mouse to book a WDW trip! The dates & resort didn’t work a few times due to nothing available (and yes I was worried and sad a trip wasn’t meant to be)…..BUT Kim & Eric didn’t give up and we found the right week & resort for us to go! Their persistence is so wonderful because they won’t give up on customers having a magical Disney trip in their future! Kim & Eric have been available with my many questions (sorry Kim & Eric) and also to help with dining reservations!
I am sharing all this because I want to put their names out there for anyone who wants help in planning a magical trip to WDW with no stress!!! They are so knowledgeable and WILL help and make it possible!!!!

Working with Kim and Eric Lancy is great! They help with every detail and make sure the trip is exactly what you want. With the help of Kimberly and Eric, we have had the pleasure of experiencing two magical family vacations. Disneyworld and Universal. I can say with 100% certainty that without their help, those trips would not have been as amazing as they were! Planning a trip to Disney is overwhelming, to say the least. The personal attention they pay to their client is phenomenal. They take all your wants and needs and plan accordingly. It is wonderful to just go to the airport and enjoy your trip. They made everything magically perfect.

Kim and Eric planned our second trip to Disney also. They went out of their way to help us. We had the Nemo Suite and it was perfect for our family Pap, Bubby, Mom Dad and Baby girl Nevaeh. I would have them schedule any trip back.

We just returned from the most magical trip to Disney World thanks to Kim and Eric! We stayed at the Beach Club and it was fantastic. They shared all of their Disney knowledge with us to help us plan a perfect fall vacation for our family. They were even able to get us Tickets to the Boo Bash at the MK by working their magic. It was a very special week being the 50th Anniversary of the Magic Kingdom. We really appreciate them always going the extra mile and making us part of their Disney Family.

When we started working with Kim and Eric to plan our trip, we had not been to Disney for many, many years. We just returned from our Disney trip! Planning Disney can be overwhelming…especially on a rundisney race weekend. But Kim and Eric made the entire process seamless and stress-free and I honestly don't know how we would have done it without them. From booking our stay at Pop Century…….helping us with a last minute change of extending our trip by a day……adding shuttle services…..and always being there to answer our many questions! Planning our trip with Kim was very easy. She was very responsive to my questions and multiple pricing requests.

In October 2024 my family and I planned a first time trip to Disney World. Kim and Eric were awesome and helped us get everything setup and provided us with a wealth of knowledge so we were prepared. Even with Hurricane Milton pushing our trip back and causing us to freak out Kim did everything possible to assure we had a good time and reschedule some things with us. I don’t think it would have been possible for us to figure it out on our own and appreciate the constant communication they had with us right to our arrival and during our stay.

Kim and Eric helped answer all of my questions about our upcoming trip. They kept us updated on specials and made recommendations about food options, etc. I’d highly recommend using them to schedule your next trip!

I wanted to thank you for the help on our recent trip to Walt Disney World. The upgrade to the Nemo suites at the Art of Animation was absolutely fantastic. Having teenage boys, the food court at the Art of Animation is a perfect fit. Having the Skyliner at the resort was amazing. I could’ve stayed on it all day, every day. And since we loved the Skyliner, we did resort hop. Genie Plus was perfect! Every morning I woke up and started to plan our day. We did a few individual lightning lanes as well. We rode a ton of rides in all four parks and I don’t believe we waited anymore than 15 minutes for anything. We’ve been to Disney multiple times in the past, so we truly picked all of our favorites and even threw in some new rides because we had Genie Plus! Since we also had Memory Maker for the first time on this trip, I was seeking out all the Photo Pass locations.
We truly had a magical week. My boys are already asking when we can go back to Disney! Thank you again!
