She gave us her first hand experience with that resort and explained everything to us. She basically handled everything. Then Covid! She worked with us on the rebooking our stay and getting our flights refunded. Fast forward to the next year, she handled it all, including booking us a room near our airport since we had a very early flight. Once in Jamaica we had questions about navigating through the airport and I contacted her. She guided us right to where we needed to be. The resort was exactly as she described and she even checked in to see how it was going. Since that trip we’ve went back 4 times, using Mekelle each time.
