I began my love for cruising on a Mediterranean cruise while in high school. It was my first cruise and I was hooked. My honeymoon was on an NCL cruise around the Hawaiian Islands on the Pride of America. That was the first cruise for my husband and needless to say he was then totally on board with cruising. My oldest child's first cruise was when he was two years old, also on the Pride of America. My youngest was one on his first cruise, MSC Seaside. As a family we have sailed on Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line. We have done multi-family/muti-generational cruises on many of these vacations. We have sailed in Alaska, the Eastern and Western Caribbean and Hawaii. We have sailed to Key West, San Juan, Saint Martin, Saint Thomas, Castaway Cay, Cozumel, Haiti, and many more. Many family members that said cruising wasn't for them, made the decision to join us and have since their first cruise have taken more cruises without us. I truly believe that cruising is an amazing way to travel and experience culture of other countries and cities. In addition to family vacations, cruises are a great way to celebrate weddings, reunions, birthdays. I have completed the Princess Cruises training and have received the Commodore Certification. I have also completed the Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure Training. In addition to the trainings, I have personal sailed on various ships in different cabin categories to get a better idea of what the ships have to offer.
