Good communication, organized and helpful. The guide & arrangements in Sicily were wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The trip to the Florence area was a bit problematic (due to illness) but was thought out and laid out well. Cindy communicated and supported us as we worked through some of our medical & logistical needs.

Cindy was always available to answer questions and concerns. She selected the perfect suite for cruise and kept us informed of necessary deadlines and documents. She is experienced and professional while being as friendly and approachable as possible. I definitely would consult her on future cruises.

This was my first trip with Coggin Travel and all I can say is bravo for the best 15 days that I have ever spent with a group of people. The boat and its staff, plus food and drinks, made you feel at home. Every need was promptly taken care of always with a smile. The food, you couldn’t have asked for better. The side trips to all the cities had guides who were very knowledgeable and answered all questions with some stories to make it even more interesting. Cindy and Jeff gave us Mirela, who was like the big sister who was knowledgeable, passionate about her country, and concerned for all our needs. Jeff and Cindy couldn’t have made the trip more inviting with the love of travel that they prepare for to entice the traveler into a special part of their world. Gold stars all around! Will definitely book through Coggin Travels for all future adventures.
