I joined my family on this cruise very late. Nichole made and Gretchen arranged it for me in such a way that it seemed like it had been booked months in advance. They secured a great cabin and location near my relatives, and took care of my insurance needs as well.

Nicole answered all questions and Far Far Away sent email with a lot tips about different parts of the cruise experience related to Virgin. Nicole was able to make recommendations on where/when to fly in, good and better places to stay the night before, whether or not MNVV is till a good deal. She researched travel insurance based on our needs and provided us with options from which we choose.

Working with Nichole and Gretchen was an absolute dream come true! From our very first interaction, their passion and expertise shone through. They were phenomenally responsive and helpful, answering every question with a wealth of knowledge that made planning a breeze. We were blown away when they found us an even better deal for our sailing without us even asking! Their incredible advice extended beyond our cruise and elevated our entire vacation. We couldn't be more grateful for their guidance. It was a 10/10 experience, and we are already dreaming about the next trip we'll get to plan with them!

The details frequently changed and even when flights got canceled and we had to add a day, we were able to then figure out a visit to Stonehenge. The hotels were exactly what we needed and the detailed itinerary and information was so helpful. Couldn't imagine a trip without her!

Great hotels. Wonderful cities. Nichole arranged details - hotels, Hamlet castle trip, fjord trip, flights. All were great. Updates were helpful as I found out my last flight was delayed from her before the airline let me know.

I've worked with Gretchen and Nicole a few times now and am about to email them about my next upcoming trip. They have been super helpful and quick to respond. One of my prior trips we had some medical issues we had to deal with and emotionally I was stuck. I was struggling to process how to proceed and reached out to them and they were able to get me some links and a direction and got me unstuck so I could focus on the rest of the planning and the medical issue itself. This trip we gave them the challenge of herding cats for a friends and family cruise and I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to direct my friends and family to actual professionals with their questions especially since we live far apart and work different schedules.
