As a military veteran with over 6 years living abroad, I have transitioned effortlessly into an occupation in the travel industry. I now work as a travel agent from my current home in Florida, using extensive globe-trotting experience to help clients plan and implement their dream vacations.

I specialize in group and family land and cruise vacations. Customers depend on my organizational skills to handle large bookings, including the meticulous details that create a stress-free getaway. I am a very good listener and take extensive notes to ensure I’m matching the available options to the client’s travel vision.

Insider knowledge from living and traveling abroad increases the level of expertise I offer to clients, and I hold many certifications from cruise liners such as Royal Caribbean, Princess, Cunard, MSC, and Norwegian. When booking cruises for group and family travel, I focus on knowing which cruises are best for children of particular ages, being aware of activities and entertainment options, and keeping track of changes and special events. I also know which cruise lines cater more to adults and would be more suited for the 18+ crowd!

I’ve booked numerous cruises, land vacations, hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Since not all family resorts are equal, I try to find the ones that cater intensely to children and multi-generational families. I also make note of resorts that cater to children with special needs, ensuring the whole family can enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

I am a certified leisure specialist focused on creating personalized experiences for families, friends, and all who love to wander. I also have certifications from many destinations including Jamaica, Hawaii, Aruba, the Dominican Republic, New Zealand, and Mexico. I have lived in both Germany and South Korea, which increases my world view on many levels.
