Family Travel and Cruise Specialist

I am a Michigan native but I now call Nashville home. I live in the suburbs of Nashville for over 12 years now my girls are born and raised there.  My love of travel started at a young age, even before I can remember.  My Grandma would tell me not everyone can be a world traveler at the age of 2. At 2 years old, I moved to England with my parents for a foreign assignment with Ford for 2 years. At that point I had visited other countries in Europe, Hong Kong, and Bali, which I hope to go back to one day since I am Indonesian.  At age 10 I moved to Melbourne, Australia for a year with my family for another foreign assignment and experienced the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island, also taking in the beauty of the 12 Apostles in Victoria, I would love to go back with my kids and husband. I love to inspire people to travel esp. moms and I get to do that every week on my podcast called the Mom Inspired Show.  Every episode I ask the guest, what their favorite vacation destination is, with or without kids. 

People close to me joke that travel is my love language. I love cruises and I have been to St. Thomas, St. Martin, Antigua, Caymen Island, Puerta Vallarta , Cabo, St. Lucia, Bahamas, and Cozumel, she has been on 5 cruises, 2 of them have been Disney Cruises.  One of my favorite places is visiting the coast of CA. From San Diego, to Big Sur up to San Francisco.  I love the beaches of Cancun and seeing shows on Broadway in NYC.  But one memory that I will never forget is going on a Safari in South Africa and taking in the beauty at Table Mountain in Cape Town.

Luxury, Hawaii, Romantic Getaways, and Europe

I love the idea of couples getting away from it all, away from work, the family, all the stress that comes with life. To be able to connect with one another again without distractions. I love helping couples pamper themselves and explore new areas if that be Hawaii, Europe, an All Inclusive where you don't have to worry about anything or a luxurious trip to NYC or California.

First Trip to London

Best Vacation of Our Lives

My husband and I had a unique opportunity to take a week-long vacation while our children had a special trip with their grandparents. We had clear ideas of what we wanted but couldn't find a location that would meet them in the time we had available. I'm so grateful that I reached out to Amber, who helped us find the ideal location in San Miguel de Allende, and worked out all the details of our accommodations. It was one of the best vacations of my life! San Miguel offered us relaxation, culture, delicious food and history. We're already conspiring to get back for another vacation there. HONEYMOON

We had the most amazing experience booking our honeymoon with Amber! She went out of her way to plan the perfect 6 day stay for us at Los Cabos just a week before our wedding! With last minute changes to our wedding date due to the Covid pandemic, we were left with one week to book and plan our honeymoon! We were immediately overwhelmed and decided to reach out to Amber for the first time ever! Amber was "God sent" as she took away the stress of organizing our perfect honeymoon, she was absolutely wonderful to work with and was definitely a life saver! She took care of us, including the smaller details that are often overlooked.



She upgraded our package and remained in communication with us during our stay at Los Cabos to make sure things were going as planned. We're very impressed and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to plan a getaway, you won't regret working with her. Thank you AMBER!, you saved our honeymoon.

Summer Vacation

Amber Sandberg was great to work with. She was so quick to respond to every question and gave us great options to choose from, really listening to what we were looking for. Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers in tow visited Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit and were not disappointed. It was exactly what we were looking for. Although I have done extensive research on my own and have visited a few all inclusive resorts in the past I was not familiar with Grand Velas and am so grateful Amber introduced us to it. We hope to return and I am already talking to Amber about some trips for 2020!
