Kari was excellent! I’ve never worked with anyone who is so reachable at anytime! Her knowledge of the park is second to none and the fact that she got us all our dinner reservation requests by getting up early and booking them for us naked it so easy. I was intimidated to book my own trip to Disney… Kari made it very easy.

Working with Kari was a pleasure. We planned a Disney trip prior to Covid. We obviously had to postpone it. Everything worked out perfectly as she kept us informed of Disney’s policy with Covid, she scheduled us a time when we could go and feel safe. This was a multi family trip. From a 3 year old to seniors. The accommodations, the ease to and from the parks were all planned by her. All we had to do was wake up in the morning. Everything was done for us. Thank you Kari we will use you again.

Kari was the perfect solution to help with our retirement celebration. We had a large family traveling and had the need for lots of reservations, including hotels and resort tickets. Kari was awesome to work with via online, including the needed calls when helpful. She knows the ins and outs of Universal and WDW, as well as the resorts, hotels, and in our case a home we rented. She helped not just in making arrangements and recommendations, but during our trip as well when we had a flight cancellation.
