Kristen was wonderful to work with her suggestions for this whole trip were perfect from meal planning to fast passes, everything, she took control and booked our dining which we were able to change if we needed. She was responsive to our emails and needs. If she wasn’t sure of the answer she found out and got right back to me . She kept up in pricing and got us some money back on our hotel. Best thing to is we had all year to pay for the trip. A $200 deposit held out room up front and I paid for the rest up to 30 days before trip. Call Kristin if you are traveling. When I first contacted Kristen to plan a very short trip to Florida, I was worried it would be too small and she might not give it her full attention. I was so wrong. She researched and worked on our 3 day trip as if we were going for a month. She had fantastic dinner recommendations and worked to coordinate meals with activities so we could fit everything in. So thankful for Kristen. We dreamed of taking a trip with friends & family (13 total), but it never would’ve happened without Kristen's help and guidance. She walked us through each detail and set us up for success, even when facing unforeseen circumstances. The first, our son was diagnosed with epilepsy. Once he was allowed to travel by his doctors, she gave us a guide to navigate rides and experiences designed for people with cognitive disabilities. I am SO HAPPY to report, he did amazing and rode all the roller coasters! Kristen took all the stress of planning this trip off my shoulders! She knew all the little details to make this as memorable as possible for my family and was so communicative and responsive. Even on our first day, I had a question and she responded right away. I will refer Kristen to anyone I know planning a Disney trip.

She is so knowledgeable!!! She knows how to work the park inside and out. She is also so passionate about it that she is excited for you to be going!! Her excitement and joy gets you so excited to. Plus she works overtime to get you the passes you want, the reservations you want and just goes above and beyond.
