Experience was good

Joann is great. I've booked vacations with her in the past and will do so in the future. She is very informative and patient during the process of looking for appropriate destinations. She communicates regularly, sending invoice updates and she has great recommendations. She booked us with the Elite Club and the perks were great - we got to make reservations at the specialty restaurants, private pool and lounge were cool. The only issue we had was the facilities. The RIU Antillas is being renovated and our room was right next door to loud construction from 7:30 am every day. Very unpleasant. The noise was so loud, even as we tried to relax by the pool. The spa is also being renovated so we had to go to the RIU next door, which had no sauna, no steam room, no robes or locker room access. Not a great spa experience for over $240 per person. The spa treatment (massage) we received was good, but we were not able to enjoy the full, relaxing spa experience we expected. I would not recommend the RIU Antillas until the renovations are complete.

The Martinique hotel was great and beautiful although it advertised free breakfast. In fact it’s $15 off the breakfast not even close to free. The tours that Joann arranged were amazing. We truly enjoyed the trip.

My husband and I planned our recent 6/2025 Jamaica getaway with Joann. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Joann was great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! Joann even surprised us with a special gift delivered to our room, which was unexpected and appreciated. She was even available when we needed to change our flight to an earlier time on the day of departure. Joann was on top of it and made sure that the changes were made right away. We were so pleased with Joann services and professional knowledge so much that we already had her book our 2026 Vacation. Trust me.... Joann is definitely one the best Travel agent's out there and we recommend her to everyone! Thank you, Joann :)-

I appreciated the easy to understand itinerary with each days layout of places and times. The advice was helpful and overall the accomodations picked were good. Recommendations for a better experience would be for a better return hotel, it was a bit dated with broken elevator and dated room, and information on how to get European taxes refunded upon entry back to the airport. We didn't know about that information and missed out on $. Also traveling as a couple sharing airport transfers I would have liked to have had the transfer information added to my itineary where I received the correspondence myself not just the first person listed. Also, the time of the transfer was too early and it couldn't be changed for a later time unless we called the travel agent and had it changed. We decided to get a cab for the time that better suited us instead. It would have been better to be able to adjust transfer times ourselves. Wonderful trip

I would like to commend Joann for her amazing planning, coordinating and execution of our Alaskan Cruise (May 2025). The group consisted of 37 people and due to Joann's amazing organizational skills, the entire trip went off without a hitch...from the 2 night stay in Vancour, B.C. to the 7day cruise to the 1-2 night stay in Seattle, you couldn't ask for a better Travel Agent. I would definitely recommend Joann to my friends and family.

Great, relaxing, stress free trip

This is the second trip that JoAnn has arranged for us. The first one was in 2019 to Scotland which was fabulous. This time we went to Sandals in Negril, Jamaica and it was wonderful. The all inclusive resort was excellent and all the people in Jamaica were very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thanks, JoAnn!

From the moment that I contacted Joann she had everything figured out that I needed so far as transportation from the airport to our residence and pick-up at our residence back to the airport. I just paid the round trip fair before we left home, and it was done. That made our trip so much easier. No anxiety about how to get picked up to get back to the airport, it was already taken care of. She also gave us tips about what kind of clothing worn in Aruba. i.e. casual versus dressy. Also tips about when to go out and about...i.e. going out in the evening versus going during the heat of the day.

We had the best time. We do an annual girls trip. Sometimes we plan it ourselves but this year Joann helped us and it could not have gone better. Because we had a milestone birthday as part of our trip, Joann worked with the resort to schedule a private, oceanfront/gazebo dinner celebration and also made all of our spa appointments. Due to her relationships with the resort, it made it so easy and seamless. She also did a great job of selecting accommodations that would suit us down to the ground and advised on the best flights. Our transportation was also on point.

I was leery about an all inclusive resort, but it was actually very nice. The hotel in Cancun was staffed with extremely friendly and helpful people, was super clean, the food was great and the cost was affordable. Thank you Joann, for a wonderful trip.
