I love cruising! I have been cruising with my family since I was young kid - enjoyed making friends from different states and participating in all the kids camp activities. Transitioning to an adult and still cruising. I have cruised on several of the most popular cruise lines to various destinations. I have over 34 cruises I have been on from the Caribbean, Alaska, and Baja Mexico. I recently completed my ACC - Accredited Cruise Counsellor certification learning with Cruise Lines International Association, Inc. CLIA continues to educate travel agents in various areas of the cruise industry. In addition to cruising, I love all-inclusive destinations that cater to family, group, and individual vacations. Superior customer service every single time. Shantel provided great destination options conducive with our budget. Planning and payments were easy and convenient through the portal.
