Cruising is my passion and learning all I can is important to me providing the best service to my clients. I recently completed my ACC - Accredited Cruise Counsellor certification learning with Cruise Lines International Association, Inc. CLIA continues to educate travel agents in various areas of the cruise industry. With that certification - I also completed training specializing in booking group cruises. I specialize in booking all cruises - family, groups, etc.
I love all-inclusive destinations that cater to family, group, and individual vacations. I specialize in a variety of Caribbean destinations - Aruba, Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Antigua, St. Lucia, USVI, and more. I have traveled to various all inclusive destinations and while there, I meet with resort staff to enhance my experience with site inspections to get more information to better serve my clients.

Superior customer service every single time. Shantel provided great destination options conducive with our budget. Planning and payments were easy and convenient through the portal.
