My career in travel started out of a genuine passion for vacations and all that comes with it! My love is for the Caribbean and and island destinations where there is blue water, it is a must. I have been on over 30 cruises with multiple cruise suppliers (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, and Virgin Voyages). I love planning cruises and vacations for myself and others. I love exploring destinations with the locals and trying the many different foods, activities, and more.
In addition to traveling to many of the most popular destinations myself, I have also worked closely with many of the top travel suppliers and obtaining education to learn more about the various destinations and cruise lines to best serve my clients. I’ll use my training and industry certifications to keep you informed of the newest cruise line, destination, resort features/amenities, and more. I have developed relationships with various supplier Business Development Managers to help me further develop my connection with destinations, resorts, and cruise lines.

Superior customer service every single time. Shantel provided great destination options conducive with our budget. Planning and payments were easy and convenient through the portal.
