Our family had some amazing firsts on this trip—our kids' first water park adventure at Blizzard Beach, a fireworks cruise, and a delicious meal at Kona Cafe! I'm so glad Mark convinced us to take advantage of the check-in day water park experience! Watching our kids (1 and 3) be so fearless and have the time of their lives at the water park was the absolute best part.

Alaska’s vast beauty, seaplane flying over gorgeous glaciers, and snowy mountains, helicopter flight to dog sled teams, biking, hiking rainforest, speeding ocean raft to view sea lions, sea otters, jumping salmon, and even a brown bear with 3 cubs! All of this adventure and a cruise ship full of fun made this one of the best vacations ever!

I was referred by a friend that had worked with Mark Ambrose and loved his services and was told he would be able to get us a quote. I reached out to him and within 24 hours we had 3 to 4 different quote options based on our budget and "must haves". Choosing our resort was the easiest decision because after gathering all of the information about our family and dates of travel, he put in the work to find us something completely tailored to our needs. He made sure everything was perfect for us even down to our flight times, as he knew we'd be travelling with a 5 year old and 5 month old. During our stay there were a couple of times I reached out to Mark with questions and he quickly responded each time. He also sent my husband and I some great tips for navigating the parks which were extremely helpful. The best part is that his services are completely free. No catch. No gimmicks. My only regret is that we didn't use him sooner!

We had an amazing time at Universal Studios Orlando! It was our first time there and we were not disappointed. The rides were amazing and the Harry Potter areas were like being in the movie. It was a dream come true. Our next trip we will have the express passes and get to ride all the rides!!
