Melissa was helpful throughout the planning process. She made great suggestions and had extensive knowledge of the hotels, attractions, and activities for our trip. She was even able to set up a wheelchair for my father when the need arose during our trip. You can tell how much she love Disney and how much she loves to help people plan their dream vacations. She is truly amazing. I will never book another Disney trip without her.

Everything was absolutely flawless with my travel to Jamaica. I literally did not have to worry about anything and the accommodations we picked exceeded all expectations. The itinerary was perfect and all i had to do was bring it up and show people at the airport and resort and everything was spelled out right for them. Melissa gave us outstanding customer service in planning our family vacation. This was a special trip to celebrate several birthdays, and our experience could not have been better! We loved the resort and had plenty of space to unwind when not at the parks. Our group ranged in age from late 60s to a one year old baby.
