From beginning to end it was a seamless experience. Nadia worked around the clock to make sure that 150 guest had their questions answered.

Nadia is wonderful to work with. The price of the resort and airline ticket was very reasonable. The payment schedule was perfect. I had a unique situation where we needed to add a 3rd person to our room. I felt very comfortable asking questions about the payment set-up. She was open to hear my thoughts and she explained things to my expectations. While on the trip, the group stayed in contact via an app she suggested. She planned a great iteninary. We had a location to visit each day with days to ourselves. Nadia is personable, bubbly, funny, and gives great travel advice. The hotel was beautiful (5 Star). Her travel guide was AMAZING. Lynette was very knowledgeable, funny and gave great tips. This was my 1st trip abroad. It was an amazing experience. I will only travel with Sparkle on my future adventures.

My daughters and I took a trip with Nadia to Dubai. The experience was wonderful and well organized. Nadia held a conference call and gave us very useful tips prior to the trip about the customs and culture that would impact our preparation for the trip and our experience during the trip and answered all our questions. The group was about 50 people. Nadia brought her teenage daughter along (who befriended mine) and they participated in every activity. Nadia made useful recommendations based on previous trips, that made the experience even more memorable (i.e. we all dressed in traditional attire for pictures in the desert). Nadia hired a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide. Our daily agenda was very well organized and communicated and yet left free, unplanned fun time. By the end of the trip, I felt like we were all family and I look forward to travelling together with that group (including Nadia and her daughter). Nadia facilitated that kind of atmosphere.
