I have been a travel agent who specializes in Walt Disney World for twelve years. I visit Walt Disney World 3-4 times per year, always learning something new and experiencing all I can to better assist my clients with their personal trips. I have been a Disney Vacation Club owner for 13 years and an Annual Pass holder for 19 years. I stay at all levels of Walt Disney World resorts and attend special events held at the different parks. I also participate in the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend each January and for the last 12 years have participated in all four races available during the weekend. 

I book other Disney destinations including Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland and Adventures by Disney and complete training on these each year thus earning my certificate for the Disney College of Knowledge. 

I am an expert with booking Universal Orlando. I visit these parks at least once each year to stay abreast of everything offered. I have also stayed at different Universal resort levels.
