With everything going on in 2020, my brother and I needed a bit of a get-away. Given the ban on nearly all international travel & with Covid-19 sweeping the nation, we knew we were looking for a trip in-country which was social distancing compatible, so we decided a national park trip fit the circumstances. However, we also knew that we’d need help navigating travel restrictions & requirements, so we went looking for an experienced travel agent who specialized in national park travel. From our first interaction with Eric we knew we had made the right choice in enlisting his help. He was incredible in all traditional regards & the knowledge/research/expertise he brought to the process made this trip possible even with a pandemic underway. I can’t say enough about the work Eric did to make sure our travel was safe and planned out to account for the circumstances. The trip itself was amazing & all that we had hoped for! We’ll definitely be enlisting Eric’s help again for our next NP trip!

Eric was FABULOUS. I needed help with a trip to Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyworld, and I could not have had a better guide!! He got me all set up with my account, the app, and navigated making the reservation and getting the tickets and even helped to change my reservation last-minute when a friend couldn’t make it! He explained everything calmly and clearly, no matter how many times I asked. I could not have imagined navigating Disney without him. He’s a STAR. Especially with STAR WARS at Disney. :). Working with Eric was so easy and seamless. Eric provides top-notch customer service and no detail is overlooked. If you are looking to book a trip, he is your agent. He planned our family trip to Disneyland, taking care of all the details, from park reservations, hotel accommodations and car rental. All we had to do was show up and have fun. I'm so glad I found Eric to help me plan my adventure. He was very receptive and understanding of what I can and cannot do physically and helped design a trip that would work for me. ( I have a traumatic brain injury which impacts my stamina and ability to drive long distances among other things). Eric knew the area well, Idaho, Montana and Glacier National Park, and was able to suggest tours which would be appropriate for me and planned a trip to work within my limitations. We ended up making lots of changes at the end and he was very accommodating. He followed up and reconfirmed all our reservations. It was well worth the money spent to have his expertise and council as well as taking the burden off me to plan everything. I can't wait to schedule another trip with him.

Tip: make sure the travel agent you use has actually been to the place you are going and has sent other travelers there! This is how I found Eric. So Glad I did!

Eric has planned a trip for us for each of the last two summers. The first was a 3-week trip across the Utah and Colorado National Parks where we worked closely with him to customize it, and this year we used his services again for a 3 week trip in Glacier NP.

He's been incredibly responsive to our customizations and helped by sharing his extensive knowledge of the locations and parks. He also has gone above and beyond by getting last-minute reservations for backcountry permits, hikes, tours, etc.

Eric did a great job planning our last minute trip to Maine, which included Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.. When our Yellowstone trip was cancelled due to flooding, Eric planned a new trip to Maine and had all the details worked out in 2 days. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. When we had issues with our flights, he was in communication with us immediately. I would recommend Eric to anyone who wants to save the time and hassle of searching the internet for where to go and where to stay on a trip. He does it all for you! Definitely worth it!

Eric helped me & my sisters plan an amazing trip to Quintana Roo (Tulum & Cancún). When we contacted him, we hadn't even decided what country to visit and he helped us pick the perfect location for a memorable and relaxing vacation. He was so knowledgeable and attentive, and gave us great options for where to stay and visit as well as taking care of all the transportation details. Any time I had questions he responded quickly. From my very first interaction with Eric, everything was smooth and seamless. I told him where we were hoping to travel to (Banff, Alberta, Canada) and he was able to send us information the next day. We had a phone call regarding his services and what that would look like for our trip. He gave us a tentative schedule and once we decided to move forward he booked all of our hotels, flights, and rental car. It was such a seamless process and allowed us to focus on our trip and excursions.

Rather than spending time booking flights or looking through hotels, we were able to go through the list of activities Eric prepared for us and find ones we would enjoy. It took so much stress off of us having Eric as our agent and we would do it 1000 times over. Giving Eric only 5 stars is not nearing enough I would give him 11 and a scale of 10… he took on our dream trip that several others agents had refused… it was a difficult trip with many moving parts and he handled it easily, professionally and honestly…He took the worrying and stress away… I know my wife and I wasn’t the easiest of clients but he Dealt with us professionally and politely and was has prompt… he didn’t just booked our trip then forgot about us… he dealt with us months before all the way till our plane took off… then dealt with us again to be sure no problem on the return flight… I know for a fact that my wife and I wouldn’t never been able to pull it all off without Eric help….if you have any hesitation about hiring Eric, that me insured you to do it…. Eric was great at developing an itinerary-twice as we had a last minute switch from Yellowstone/Grand Tetons to Utah National Parks. With only a few days to departure, record weather cancelled our planned trip to Yellowstone. Eric quickly implemented plan B and we couldn’t have been happier! Would definitely use him again!

Eric is very attentive to his clients. With four children we needed a variety of activities and Eric found some of the best locations and activities. He scheduled our entire stay on Kauai maximizing each day. He organized activities geographically so we could spend extra time investigating these areas in conjunction with our planned activities. One of our favorite excursions was a guided trip up to the rim of Waimea Canyon State Park and a scenic bike ride down to the shore. Kids loved it! This was arranged through Keko Tours and the local guides gave us great historical and cultural insight to this area of the island. A must for any active travelers.
