Lindsay was great to work with! Very friendly, responsive, and informative. I went to Universal in 2019. Had no idea there was an option to enter Universal Studios/IOA an hour before normal entry. With Lindsay's help, I was able to get those tickets and get on some of the major rides before the big crowds came in. I'll definitely be reaching out to Lindsay before my next trip!

Lindsay helped us book a trip to Mexico that was originally scheduled for April 2020. She answered my numerous questions and guided us in planning what we hoped would be a vacation full of wonderful memories. By that March things were starting to look a little iffy and she was in contact regularly with us, providing timely updates as the situation was rapidly evolving. When it became clear that our trip wouldn't happen, she spent more than a day on the phone trying to speak with the travel insurance company on our behalf. Lindsay was recommended to me by a friend to help book a vacation. She and I spoke on the phone and I told her what I was looking for and she provided me with several options, all of which were excellent options. We ultimately chose to visit Hotel Xcaret in Playa del Carmen. Our vacation was planned for Spring Break 2020, but our plans were changed due to the emergence of Covid-19. Lindsay worked tirelessly on our behalf, spending hours on the phone with the travel insurance company, to help us re-book our trip to a future date. With the change in dates we were able to upgrade our room and still have funds left over. We eventually traveled in August 2020 and had the best time! Lindsay was fantastic to work with from beginning to end, answering all of my questions, and guiding us during a time that has never before been seen in the travel industry. I fully intend on using Lindsay's services for all of my future travel needs!
