Lauren was an outstanding travel agent from start to finish, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the early planning stages, she took the time to really listen to what we wanted out of our Hawaii trip. I’ve been using Lauren for many many years and she has helped us through Covid cancellations, delayed and cancelled trips, planned our honeymoon and our trips with our kid. With Lauren’s help we have been to St Lucia, South Africa, Mexico, Dominican, Vegas, and cruises to name a few. Ive recommended her to friends and family and each person said they will use no one but Lauren going forward.
From the start Lauren will be very mindful in your specific requirements, and propose various options for your trip. She will also schedule a pretrip call to discuss various options and activities in your travel location, and documents your require, and security issues, etc.
From there she is always a call or text away to answer any questions, and i never felt that i was an inconvenience (which i most likely was).
Once on the trip she was very easy to get a hold of, would check in periodically to make sure everything is ok, and deal with any issues that arise. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren and her work ethic and the quality of service she provides. She always makes us feel like royalty.

Absolutely amazing experience. Platinum Dreams Travel Concierge - Lauren Pham was awesome.
She provided a list of properties to choose from with excellent summaries for each, once I picked out which property she did the rest. I loved that only a deposit is needed up front and can make monthly payments. About 2 weeks prior to departure we talked for over a hour to discuss the itinerary of what your arrival/ departure day will look like. Where to go for dinner/ excursions and any questions I had.
Definitely the personal touch that is difficult to find.
She gave me the heads up of what to look out for with the good and the bad.
Loved that she was just an instant message away with any questions/ concerns I had. She was very quick to answer and pointed me in the correct direction.
This is my 3rd time booking with Lauren and I would do it again and again.

Great Relaxing Trip at Secrets

We've been to Mexico several times, and with so many new resorts popping up, choosing one can be overwhelming. Lauren was incredibly helpful in narrowing down our options. She provided insightful details about each resort, giving us a clear picture of what to expect. We ultimately chose Secrets Riviera Cancun and were thrilled with our decision.
The resort offered a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. We loved having the option to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Breathless side and then retreat to the quieter Secrets side. Our swim-up suite was a definite highlight, especially on a rainy day. While our ground-floor room was a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the Rosewater restaurant, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

My family and I went to Secrets Bahia Mita aobut 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta over the holidays. Lauren helped us book the whole thing including private transport to and from the airport. First Family Vaca 2024

Lauren went over options with us in Full detail and it wasn't difficult to make a decision from there.
From the THOUSANDS of resorts it is difficult to select what is right for us as a family with a very particular dynamic aka two young toddlers. TRUST ME when I say it is hard to find a resort that caters to adults and to the age group 2-4!
Lauren is very realistic and no BS, it was very pleasant to work with her level of transparency. Flying from Fort McMurray proves to be difficult and she truly advised us the best and we had zero issues.
Aside from selection she truly shines DURING TRAVEL, she is above and beyond staying in touch, checking in to make sure We haven't slept in for our flights , wishing us the best and making sure we are well taken care of. I felt supported the entire time and I never felt without. Last minute we had our over night accommodation cancel and she had it handled in 15 mins ! That was UNREAL!

Lauren was so helpful in providing options for our family vacation. She took the time to advise on the pros and cons of a number of resort options until we landed on our choice. My experience with Lauren was fantastic. I was a little skeptical at first with booking with an online agent, but she quickly calmed my nerves and was very patient with me and my millions of questions.
I have booked twice with her but unfortunately one was cancelled due to Covid. She did all the work with talking to the the flight company to get all my money back. I didn’t have to wait for hours on the phone for someone to talk too. She did all that and kept me in the loop with the progress. So very thankful.

Northern Lights Getaway

Lauren helped me build a Northern Lights Getaway to the Yukon for hubby's Christmas gift. Lauren took the time to understand Ray's Bucket List items and managed to create the perfect trip. Lauren was in touch with me during the entire build of the itinerary and even help to present it in a beautiful way for Christmas morning.
This trip was complex with a lot of logistical movement and it was pulled off seamlessly.
The lodge she selected (Mount Logan EcoLodge). Lauren listened carefully to my hesitancy to stay in lodge / family style environment and made the careful selection of Mt.
