What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by sending us screenshots right up to the last minute, helping us navigate the Disneyland app and showing us the best strategies to enjoy the park efficiently. She expertly handled all our reservations, securing us a lunch at the Blue Bayou with front-row tables, which is notoriously difficult to book, and also arranged the dessert party for World of Color, again with prime seating. Disney was great as usual! Even when we became ill, Cast Members went above and beyond and were more than kind.

I like every I dotted and t crossed before I travel so things go smoothly. I had questions and problems before my cruise with Disney. Ms Fitting efficiently and quickly answered each question (even the dumb ones) and solved the problems.

She was able to help get all 5 of us out trip booked and it was not stressful on our part.

I suddenly found myself with some time to get away since some other plans fell through. I wanted to get to the Caribbean and after searching for deals myself it became clear I needed serious help.
I did a quick search for travel agents and found Karen. I gave her my information regarding what I wanted to spend, where I wanted to go, dates and activities, and pretty quickly she gave me some options that would work.
All information regarding choices came in a nice .pdf package and was easy to print out and check over.
I chose a resort called Breathless on Punta Cana, 18+ and it was an excellent choice.
Once the decision was made she got all of my details, I took care of the flight because I wanted to use my miles from United and she put together a whole itinerary that was easy to follow and understand.
I don't travel very much so all the information was extremely helpful. I highly recommend her services.

Karen was great to work with from the beginning to end. She was always pleasant and helpful, as well as quick to reply. Because the goal of this trip was to see the eclipse, we started booking a year in advance and there were a lot of flight and date changes. Karen was supportive through all of it. Although she didn't arrange our flights, she notified me right away when new and cheaper fares became available, something above and beyond her duties. I knew I could always count on her, even when we were traveling in Mexico, should anything be needed. Overall I feel like she became a friend who really cared that we had a wonderful experience!

Karen planned a wonderful Disney/ Universal vacation for me. Took care of all the details. All I had to do was book the flight. Then she put everything in a great itinerary on an app! Linked everything together!

She's responsive, detailed, and wonderfully consultative. She asks specific questions aimed at a tailor-made vacation experience, knows the pitfalls to avoid, and her in-the-know experience helps highlight the things we should be looking for and doing.

Karen has been such a joy to work with and I will most certainly utilize her in the future. She is very patient. She communicated with us every step of the way before our Disney vacation and then after the vacation. She was useful in walking us thru the planning and making welcomed recommendations when and if needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Karen.

Karen is fantastic. She was very helpful in planning a surprise vacation for my husband’s birthday. She is quick to respond to questions, calls, and emails. She was so great taking care of all the details to ensure the trip went soothly.
