In October 2009 we had a GRAND OPENING-25th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION. The Katy Chamber of Commerce did a ribbon-cutting ceremony and pictures appeared in the local Katy newspapers.
Over 120 people attended. We had 17 tour and cruise vendors here with brochures and specials for the end of 2009 and new offers for 2010. We served a full buffet dinner and had a drawing for over thirty prizes and give-aways. This was really a great way to say THANK YOU to all our customers for their business and to let them know about our new location and what we are doing to make their travel experience the best it could be.
We intend to make this a yearly event in the Fall when the brochures are out for the next year to help with planning a new vacation. The Open House will be the reminder that we are here and you need to get going with your travel plans!
