In November 2009, Jodi Jay attended a FAM trip sponsored by Qantas Vacations and Travel Leaders.  She traveled with 10 other Travel Leaders agents to Australia for a quick 10 days total.  One special day was spent at the Australia Zoo: home of the Crocodile Hunter, in Beerwah Australia.  They got to visit many areas of the park and experienced a variety of animals: hand fed kangaroos, held a koala, pet a wombat, held a python and even pet a rhino.  The day ended with a visit to the Wildlife Hospital where they save thousands of animals every year.  The hospital is partially funded by donations and they let us know they are in desperate need of washcloths to help care for injured animals.  When Jodi returned and told the staff about the animals, they all pitched in and brought in new and old washcloths which were sent down to the Australia Zoo.  Here's a few photos of Wayne Poole, Business Development Manager handing over the washcloths to Murray Munro, Appeals Manager-Wildlife Warriors Worldwide and some of the babies that will benefit from the donation.

If you'd like to donate any old washcloths to help the animals at the Wildlife Hospital, please contact Jodi Jay.
