Travel Leaders manages accounts globally by applying a strategic approach to meeting multi-national needs. The goal of any "global" travel program is to obtain multi-national data that can be used for a variety of reasons, most significantly — vendor negotiations. To achieve this, Travel Leaders incorporates a combination of wholly-owned and affiliate operations to respond to the unique needs derived from each country.

In the US, clients are serviced by Travel Leaders' wholly owned operations. For the clients outside the US, Travel Leaders works with affiliate agencies that are our partners in GlobalStar, to provide local servicing for each location.

The philosophy behind GlobalStar is to provide multi-national organizations the unique service deliverables they require worldwide, taking into consideration things like culture, language, technology and local market nuances.

From an account management and consultative perspective, programs are lead by a US based global account manager who is the central point of contact for each internationally-based account manager. Aggressive SLA's are in place to ensure consistet levels of service are met.

Travel Leaders acts as the "data consolidator" by receiving "data hand-offs" from the various agencies. We cleanse the data and standardize it to obtain total, consolidated global data to be used in vendor negotiations for clients' enterprise-wise.
