Jacob Marzouca, BA, DpIt, MBA, MS, DBA

Jacob has worked on both sides of the industry - as a travel management consultant and consultant to major airlines, cruise lines and logistics companies. He continues to be adjunct faculty for a number of universities and colleges in the field of logistics efficiency. Jacob is a certified specialist for 22 destinations including Costa Rica, Peru, Mexico, several Caribbean islands and European countries, and French Polynesia. Jacob has traveled extensively in Europe and the Americas. He also lived in London and ParisIn addition, Jacob has also led family groups on soft adventure vacations to Costa Rica, Panama, Jamaica, and Alaska.
Yvette Duarte Fraggetti

Yvette began in the travel industry in 1985 as a sales associate with focus on corporate, group, and event travel. She has been with Carlson Wagonlit Travel since 1995 (which later rebranded to Travel Leaders in 2008). Her expertise includes all aspects of corporate travel management which include, but are not limited to:

David Gedansky
Director, Branch Operations - Aventura
David entered the travel agency industry in 1986 as owner of Bayberry Travel Aventura, which affiliated with Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) in 1990. Prior to travel, he was managing partner of the 134 room Best Western Dinkler Motor Inn, Syracuse New York. As an active owner he was a member of the Board of Directors of The New York State Hotel & Motel Association. David is currently active in the South Florida Chapter of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) as Chapter President. He previously served as Board Member, Treasurer for 3 terms, and First Vice President for 2 terms. As an active travel agency partner, he thoroughly enjoys helping his clients plan their vacations and making their dreams come true. His personal travels have taken him throughout the USA and Canada, as well as Europe and South Africa. He looks forward to sharing his extensive knowledge with his clients to create the perfect vacation experience.
Isabel Chalem
Director, Leisure Sales - Aventura Branch Office
Isabel was born in Colombia and earned her Masters in Educational Psychology before moving to Miami in 1983. She entered the travel industry as the owner of Four Corners Travel in Miami Beach/Bal Harbor in 1985 before merging with CWT (now Travel Leaders) in 1995. Her great hobby has always been traveling, which gives her first hand experience and contacts in many countries around the world. Isabel is a very resourceful and creative travel planner, which is always helpful when planning complicated itineraries. She specializes in group travel and independent tours & cruises. She is most knowledgeable about Europe, Israel and South America & Asia. Isabel welcomes the opportunity to share her experiences with new clients in either Spanish or English.
Mike Garfield

Mike is from Chicago, where he started in the travel business in 1985 before relocating to South Florida in 1989. He has traveled throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. In addition, he taken many cruises through the Caribbean and is very familiar with the islands. Mike specializes in corporate travel planning. He is dedicated to providing his business clients with the highest attention to detail while coordinating their flights, car rentals, and hotel stays. His clients feel they are in good hands because they know that Mike is very conscientious and always there to facilitate the changes and modifications that often arise in the corporate travel environment.

Lorraine has been a travel agent for 20 years and has been cited in the Wall Street Journal. She has been recognized with many awards for excellence in travel planning. She has traveled to every continent, including Antarctica. She has been certified as a luxury travel specialist, a family travel specialist, honeymoon specialist, and has earned a multitude of destination certifications. In addition she is an accomplished cruise planner who is able to bring first hand knowledge of all of the major cruise lines to her clients, as she also is an active cruiser. She earned a number of accolades as an expert in custom trip planning. She is also bi-lingual (English & Spanish).

Gala was born in Colombia and lived in Cali before moving to Miami 25 years ago. After raising her family she decided to change careers from the family clothing business to the travel industry. She started as an office manager before she realized that her love of travel and personal experiences lent itself to a position as a travel consultant. She has traveled extensively throughout South America & Europe (including Turkey & Greece). She specializes in air travel to Latin America, and.vacation packages. Her philosophy is to put importance on listening to her clients needs and treating each like a family member.
