We use Travel Leaders every time we travel.  Not only are they professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in the planning and booking of our trips, but they also tend to do it at a price competitive with or better than we can find on our own,  However, all of those positive attributes aside, what sets the staff at Travel Leaders apart is their attitude towards customer service.  Twice while traveling recently our itineraries and flights were changed mid-trip, actually while we were in the air on the first leg of our trip.  On both occasions we had voicemail waiting for us from Deb explaining the change and that she had already found us new flights and had new reservations for us.  We were able to walk right past the lines of people waiting at the customer service counters in the airport, print out our boarding passes at the gate, and did not have to wait a minute in line.  It is nice to know someone is watching over you while you are traveling, ensuring that your experience goes as smoothly as possible.                                                                                                       -Aaron
