 Cindy Facklam began her journey in the travel industry in 1985, and has been with Travel Leaders since 1986 where she became manager in 1994. Cindy spreads her upbeat personality and voice, travel knowledge and experiences, dedication and grand attention to each detail to its fullest with each of her clients and top notch staff. On a full-time basis she handles leisure and corporate travel. She is Disney certified and an Australia, Mexico and Las Vegas Specialist. Cindy has been honorably named Travel Leaders Agency Manager-Agent of the years for 2011 and 2009. She has a passionate joy for cooking, crafting mentoring 2nd grade students weekly and participates in a bi-weekly radio talk show At Your Service; all in all; if its happening at Travel Leaders and/or the Chippewa Valley, you can be sure that Cindy is proudly involved.  Linda Schmick is our educated veteran who has been confidently travel planning since 1976. Clients count on her strong will in making all their travel plans an uplifting journey. She has recently been honored with the distinction of Travel Leaders Certified Specialist. Linda is involved with the bookings of groups, leisure and corporate travel. She has received honorable Specialists titles for Princess, Holland America, NCL and Celebrity Cruises, Sandals, Hawaii, Disney, Australia and Trafalgar Tours. She is also a hotel Specialist for Outriggers, Hyatt, Resort Quest and Marriott. Over the years she has personally roamed such destinations as Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, Hawaii, Mexico and has taken multiple cruises.  Tess Miller has been in the travel industry since 1987. With a friendly smile and her strive for one-on-one client interaction gives for a more personal style you are sure to walk away with not only the exact travel needs you are looking for but a travel agent who has a desire to help people see the world and to bring people closer together. Her special travel interest is in the booking areas of Disney and Hawaii. Tess has earned the titles of Disney, Honeymoon/wedding, Mexico, Ski and Vegas Specialist and recently honored with the distinction of Travel Leaders Certified Leisure Specialist.  Chris Lemke began her flight in the travel industry in 2005 as receptionist, to bookkeeper and now is shining as a consultant in this industry. She mostly handles leisure travel and enjoys booking the Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico. Chris is excited to be a part of the industry and brings a fresh new approach to travel planning. She has completed many travel destination courses and looks forward to continually educating herself in this field. Chris is certified as a Travel Leader Specialist and has become a specialist for Disney, Dominican Republic and Las Vegas.  Lisa Waak comes to Travel Leaders of Chippewa Falls with 18 years experience in the travel industry. She has gained a reputation for expanding customer relations and delivering quality standards. Her passion is working with Bride and Grooms; planning their upcoming destination wedding/honeymoons. Lisa is a certified Sandals/Beaches specialist, along with being a Travel Leaders Certified Travel Specialist. Other areas of expertise are Disney, Hawaii, cruising, Mexico and the Caribbean, Ireland and Iceland. Lisa is an active member of CVN (Chippewa Valley Networkers), she created and organized this networking group and is the Vice President.  Jackie Miller has recently returned to our office bringing with her 15+ years of experience. Her travel journey began with Travel Leaders in 1990. Jackie did exit the industry for some deserved time away to begin a family. She returns as a full-time travel consultant where she will focus on leisure vacations. She is honored to have gained Specialist titles of Disney, Australia, Honeymoon and Cruise. She also specializes in the areas of Mexico, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Las Vegas & Reno, Florida, California, Hawaii, London & Paris and cruise travel. Jackie states: "I enjoy working both land and cruise based leisure vacations.  Michele Wagener is our corporate travel consultant helping business travelers with all aspects of their travel needs. She is a Travel Leaders Certified Business Travel Specialist. Her life as a travel agent began in a small four person office where her roles were varied from sales, reservations, ticketing, accounting and managing. Michele then re-located to Eau Claire and has been working for Travel Leaders since 1985. She began in leisure, working herself up to managing an office. This is where her passion began is leisure, working herself up to managing an office.  Missy Lambrecht joined our team as the Marketing Director/Travel Consultant. Her personal set goal is to re-learn and know as much as possible about the industry with a high focus on marketing in this field.
