Brenda Pierson, Manager

My Travel career started in 1969 working for an airline for 15 years.  Then I began my career as a travel Agency manager.  I have experienced many changes in the travel industry and have done my best to keep up with them all.  Keeping informed of all the changes in the industry helps me to serve my clients better.  I feel my experience in both the airline and travel agency entities is a great benefit to my current position.  What I find interesting is that every day offers a new challenge and learning experience in this industry.  Whether the client is a leisure or a corporate traveler, we try to give them the best service possible.  The most gratifying part of my job is the reports I receive back from clients thanking me for helping them make their vacation a wonderful experience.

I graduated from SDSU with a major in psychology, a minor in German, and secondary teaching endorsement including math.  In spite of having had no formal travel industry training at the time, I stumbled into the travel business in 1981, and have been challenged and enriched by the experience ever since.  My clients are among the best anywhere, and I enjoy helping them have a memorable, stress-free travel experience, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure.  I am currently a Certified Sandals Specialist and an ARC Specialist, and have traveled in Europe, Mexico, Caribbean, and the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

I have been selling travel since 1986 beginning in a very small agency in California, then advancing to a large agency, and finally to Aberdeen in 1996.  I have been fortunate to travel to Hawaii several times, the Caribbean, Great Britain, many US States, and have taken several cruises.  Whether you need a quick trip to Las Vegas or a once in a lifetime Alaska Cruisetour, I will see to all the details for you.  I love making your vacation dreams become a reality. 

Ramona Pesek, Group Counselor

I have been employed for 25 years as a motor coach tour manager.  The position has many interesting and challenging phases such as selecting tour destinations, researching the tour area for activities, hotels, and restaurants that fit our clients and finding interesting commentary for each day.  When everything is in order, I escort the group where my main purpose is making sure everyone in comfortable and well entertained with no worries.  Destinations have included New England for fall flooiage, Calgary for the Stampede, cruising Alaska and the Caribbean and train trips through the canyons of the west. 

Gloria Sukut, Travel Counselor

Gloria Specializes in creating your Disney World Adventure.  She had traveled there several times and loves it.  She would also recommend trips to see Washington, DC., the rose parade, the beaches of Cancun, Mexico and the neon lights of Las Vegas.  Gloria has been a travel agent since 1994 and did all her training in Salt Lake.  Gloria enjoys meeting new clients and helping them with their travel needs.

Upon completing school at McConnell's Travel School in Minneapolis, I was employed by Northwest Airlines as a reservation agent in New York City.  After a year in New York, I returned to Aberdeen to attend college and started working for Aderdak Travel Service which became Travel Leaders in 2008.  I've always enjoyed helping people with their travel plans and getting them the best value for their travel dollars.  Because I strive to make their travel experience memorable, I look forward to hearing from them on their return.
