Marcia Fry, Manager

Travel enriches both those who enjoy it and those who send them.  Since college and graduating from Travel School, I have had the opportunity to discover different parts of the world and to share my experience with those seeking out new adventures.  I have traveled the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, South America, and the Orient enjoying both the scenery and the differences in culture. 

As manager of this Travel leader Agency and as a Certified Travel Consultant, it is my responsibility to stay abreast of all that is taking place in the travel industry to ensure that each customer's trip, whether it is corporate or leisure travel, is most rewarding.  I stay current through webinars, seminars, and familiarization tours.  Above all, I stress focusing on the details of every trip to provide the best experience.

Faye Paulsen

I became a full-time travel agent at Big Country Travel in 1982, after graduation from National College of Business in Rapid City, with a degree in Airline and Travel Careers.  I also have earned the designation of Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)

30 years later, I enjoy working for our Travel leaders customers, planning their vacations and business travel.  I especially enjoy planning vacations for groups of friends and for extended families, traveling together-the more the merrier!

Before having three children, I was able to travel quite a bit.  I have traveled to cities across the U.S., the Hawaiian Islands, I have cruised the Caribbean and Alaska, and traveled to Europe.  I most often travel with a group of travel agents as part of familiarization tours-gaining knowledge and experience to share with our customers.  Hawaii and Mexico are my favorite destinations!  My dream vacation-an adults only, luxury, all-inclusive beach resort for 10 heavenly days!!!!!

Over the years there have many, many changes and each day is different and always exciting.  I stay current with the latest travel information through on-line training sessions and by attending the travel industry webinars.  I really enjoy my job as a travel agent!

I am originally from Rock Rapids, Iowa and I am a graduate of National College in Rapid City, with a degree in Airline and Travel Careers.  I have been arranging travel plans for Travel Leaders clients for 25 years.  Some of my favorite travel destinations include Orlando, Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas, Boston and Washington, DC.  To stay in touch with the latest travel trends, I attend travel webinars, seminars, and take familiarization tours.  I recently completed the Disney Specialist program.

The best part of being a travel agent is helping clients plan their vacations and hearing about their adventures when they return home.
