Branson has become a Family Destination

There are currently very affordable nonstop flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays with Sun Country Airlines. Great for families who don’t have time to drive! Branson offers numerous attractions such as mini golf, water parks, theaters, museums, craft shops with working craftsmen, on the water attractions, and beautiful Table Rock Lake for water sports and fishing. While I was there there were two circus venues in town, Shanghai Circus and Yakov’s Moscow Circus, positioned right in front of the Ozark Mountains. Beautiful!!! The Titanic museum was fantastic, it is just like going back in time; you can even walk the grand staircase. And I can’t forget Silver Dollar city, which is fun for all ages! Lake Taney Como forms the east and south borders of Branson’s historic downtown district. Its cold water provides a perfect environment for rainbow and brown trout. Beyond the scenic beauty, historic Branson is also a great place to browse through shops. There is a 5 & 10 store that has everything you can imagine, even if you don’t need anything it is fun to just walk around. And if you’re looking for name brands there are 3 outlet malls to visit! Also be sure to stop by the Scenic Railway which presents a restored 1906 railroad depot. Just a few of the hotels I visited in Branson and would recommend are:
I really feel a car is needed to get around in Branson, it is very hilly and may be a tough walk for some! As you can see, Branson has something for everyone! If you want to be out and about you’ll never run out of things to do. If you’re lower key, the scenic beauty is enough to relax and soothe your cares away! Planning a trip to Branson?
