Travel Alert: New TSA "Secure Flight" Requirements
Air travelers will now be asked to provide their full names exactly as it appears on the government-issued pieces of identification they plan to use at America's airports, in accordance with a new Transportation Security Administration (TSA) "Secure Flight" rule effective May 15, 2009. This information will be used by the TSA to check passenger information against terrorist watch lists. The Secure Flight program will require each of our customers booking an airline ticket to provide their full name, date of birth, gender, and Redress Number (if available). The TSA assures us that by providing this information in advance, most passengers will not experience any differences from the way they traveled before and the program will enable authorities to address security threats sooner, keeping air travel safer.



Travel Alert: Travelers required to present a passport or other approved documentation for all land and sea travel into the United States
As of June 1, 2009, as the final phase of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), U.S. citizens returning home from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean or Bermuda, by land or sea, will be required to present one of the travel documents listed below. A birth certificate will no longer qualify as a proper travel document for land or sea.

U.S. Passport - This internationally recognized travel document verifies a person's identity and nationality. It is accepted for travel by air, land and sea.

U.S. Passport Card - This new, limited-use travel document costs less than a passport and is only valid for travel by land and sea.

Enhanced Driver's License (EDL)
- Several states and Canadian provinces are issuing this driver's license or identification document that denotes identity and citizenship. It is specifically designed for cross-border travel into the U.S. by land or sea.

Trusted Traveler Program Cards
-NEXUS, ENTRI or FAST enrollment cards are issued only to pre-approved, low-risk travelers. The cards are valid for use at land or sea.

Travel Alert: Airlines now charging fees for checking bags
Major US airlines have adopted policies that charge customers fees for checking bags. Until recently, general airline industry practice had been to allow passengers two free checked bags, normally of up to 50 or 70 pounds each. However, many air carriers have recently adopted policies of charging passengers an amount, in addition to the fare already paid, for any checked baggage or for more than one checked bag. Please note that airline baggage policies are subject to change. Before booking your next flight, be sure to check with your travel agent or contact the airline directly for their checked baggage policy.

1.      How do I change or cancel my online reservation?
Due to possible transaction fees, changes and cancellations must be made through an agent. 

All changes/cancellations are subject to imposed fees by the airlines, hotel/ resort properties, cruise lines or car rental agencies. Remember to read all terms and conditions of your reservation to see if cancellation or change fees apply.




2.      How can I view or change my profile?
Click on the Sign In link, found in the upper right-hand corner of the Web page header, and log in.  If already signed in, navigate to the My Profile section of the Web site.  Once logged in, click on the "Edit My Profile" link, and your current profile data will display for review or editing purposes.  After all updates have been made, click the <Save> button.

3.      How do I confirm the travel arrangements I just purchased online?
Once you have completed your booking online, a confirmation will be displayed on your computer monitor and sent to the e-mail address provided during the booking process. The confirmation email will include, a reservation number, an itinerary listing the items purchased, and our contact information, should you have questions regarding your reservation.  Note:  Gift certificates are not  redeemable for online purchases.

All changes/cancellations are subject to imposed fees by the airlines, hotel/ resort properties, cruise lines or car rental agencies. Remember to read all terms and conditions of your reservation to see if cancellation or change fees apply.

Flight Change/Cancellation Fees
Change/cancellation fees consist of $35 per passenger, in addition to any fees and differences in fare based on the airlines' policy. Certain airfares may be nonrefundable.

Airlines typically allow changes to flight times, dates, or destination. However, name changes on tickets are strictly prohibited.

Hotel Change/Cancellation Fees
Change/cancellation fees consist of $35 per reservation, in addition to any fees or differences in rate based on the lodging property's policy.

Cruise Change/Cancellation Fees
Change/cancellation fees consist of $35 per reservation, in addition to any fees or differences in rate based on cruise line's policy.

Average* cruise line change fee table:
61+ days prior to departure = $0 + difference in fare
60-30 days = $200 per person + difference in fare
29-8 days = 50% of booked fare + difference in fare
Less than 8 days = full fare + difference in fare

*Change/cancellation fees differ based on cruise line and time of year. 

Car Rental Change/Cancellation Fees
Change/cancellation fees consist of $35 per reservation, in addition to any fees or differences in the rate based on the rental agency's policy.

NOTE:  Unused or partially fulfilled car rental reservations as part of prepaid packages, are not eligbile for refunds.
